What a fabulous place. We had the best time playing and interacting with all the pigs. We all loved being in with the 5 week old piglets who were so cute and funny, but also meeting all the other pigs and having time to stroke and brush them and having hugs with the smaller pigs was a real treat!

I bought two of the little chick teddies online. They arrived promptly. Beautiful, quality items, they have made a lovely gift.
Tiny mistake on website, instantly corrected when I emailed (because I wasn’t able to make an order).
Lovely toy, arrived very quickly. Great customer service.

The item arrived poorly packed, just in a plastic bag. Although the toy was quite sweet, the description was “Guinea Pig with sound”. Unfortunately the sound is more like insects in a tropical rain forest and nothing like the sweet “squeak squeak” of a guinea pig! They have offered to refund me if I return it but with the cost of postage and the prospect of a disappointed grandson I am reluctantly keeping it. Would have been acceptable at half the price 😔

We’ve visited twice in both a family fun day and a Pig Keeper experience. Both times were absolutely wonderful. The care and attention from each member of staff was wonderful. My daughter got nervous about staying and they reassured her and then sent photos to show me she was having a lovely time. She loved every minute. Would definitely go back.

Lovely little necklace, my granddaughter loved it. Well wrapped but lost points because it took longer to arrive than I expected. This could well be down to Royal Mail

It wasn’t worth the money it states , couldn’t get in and play with the piglets ,as the reply stated they said on phone no they didn’t ..
it’s no where near the time stated , no one to help you around ,poor communication not an experience worth your while , staff was rude and tiny little place
And the spa is not great either small gym and not great pool no. Where to chill out .
Then when complained about it through email
They offered me 20% discount to come back
I wouldn’t waste my time again
Nothing worth going for
Lost out on a day not worth the money nor time !
And then Ignored my email for some money back as they could give me 20% of next vist . They can reply to a review yet can’t offer anything back but a 20% discount to come and visit again
Point made !
No way would I be going back
For the worst experience I’ve ever had !

Voucher fortunately arrived in time (as it was a gift), but had to have it sent to a different address as there wasn't an option to pay online & print it at home/send as an e-mail which would have been more convenient.

Rude staff and underwhelming experience. Won’t be returning.
Ordered a flashing ball. It worked for an hour then failed. Spoke to staff who said they would replace it. Heard nothing since.

Unfortunately our experience here was really poor. We arrived 3mins late (joys of having a toddler), entered the check in area where a group was standing and was greeted with a “wait there I’ll be right over”. The group then walked off leaving us standing in the cold. 15minutes later my wife walked over to barn to speak to another employee who took us through the check in talk. By this time my wife just wanted to leave. The little one was excited to see the pigs so we just sucked it up and decided to stay. The original employee then marched over, her name Kelly, who proceeded to quite rudely tell us she told us to wait over in the check in area. Kellys colleague explained she had done the check in but Kelly went back over it all again. Kelly then gave us the check in and to be fair was knowledgeable. We saw the pigs, said hello to some goats and scratched a friendly pigs tummy. That part was good. As we left I asked to have a quiet word with Kelly. I expressed my disappointment at the way we were treated and that it had soured the whole experience. Unsurprisingly Kelly explained it was our own fault for being late (3mins) we should have been there 15mins before early. That she didn’t want to hold up the other group as some had been there 30mins before the start (I’m not sure I believe this). That she in fact did us “a favour” by coming back to us instead of telling us we’d have to wait for the next slot. Bear in mind the check in process is: one family at a time, this is how you open a gate, don’t leave the gate open, shut the gate, wash your feet in the buckets provided to protect the pigs and not trounce mud everywhere. Her bad attitude is like that one bus driver who sees you running to the bus that hasn’t left yet and just shuts the door in your face smiling. So to conclude this semi-rant the pigs and animals were ok albeit a little underwhelming, the lady that spoke to my wife was lovely (hopefully you get to deal with her), and for Kelly maybe just treating people with bit of kindness would be a better approach. She could’ve taken less than 5mins to check us in while letting the others look the 2 pigs right by the entrance. They had children I’m sure they wouldn’t have been annoyed. Also instead of blaming the customer, maybe trying to de-escalate. Maybe we caught Kelly on a bad day and being 3mins late was just enough to push her over the edge. The other reviews are over whelming positive, we’re not bad or rude people (I hope that comes across through this review) so I’m not sure why we were singled out but if you do visit them I hope your experience is better. I would therefore recommend ‘Odds Farm’ or ‘Millets Farm’ in the local area for a far better experience or if you down south ‘Pennywell Farm’ which was a completely amazing experience.
