Becky and the owner are wonderful…
Becky and the owner are wonderful hosts. I have been very very unwell this last year and the experience was therapeutic and calming for me and a great help for my mental wellbeing. So much fantastic information around the piggies was caringly transposed verbally to us. The piggies were beautiful, funny, sweet and loving.
This is a fantastic place and would cater for the needs of many people across the board.
Thank you so very much for a wonderful afternoon that we will never forget. Denise and friend.

Ordered a soft magnet over a week ago and still not received it. £4.70 for delivery is excessive to say the least but wanted this item for a birthday present (birthday has now passed)..emailed the company and got no reply..deeply disappointed

I am sorry you have had a disappointing experience with us, we always strive for excellent customer service and care.
I can see that you ordered with us on 22nd October, and we sent out your order on the 28th of October. In the 'Shipping Information' section on our website, it states that we aim to send out orders within 7 business days of receiving them. As we sent out your order within 7 days, we achieved this timeline.
With our shipping, we charge £4.70 for Royal Mail First Class Signed for. We use this service to ensure our customers get their ordered safely and securely. Please note, the £4.70 also includes packaging.
We would like to apologise for not seeing and responding to your email. All 7 of our goats were stolen on the 26th of October and I can see you emailed in on the 27th of October. Our team were very distressed at this time and to miss an email is not something that happens at Kew Little Pigs.
We hope that you will order from us again, and if there is anything further, we can help you with please don't hesitate to get in contact.

Really poor customer service
I have had cancel my long awaited trip to Kew Little pigs due to testing positive for covid. Having contacted Groupon I was advised that I would need to receive an email from Kew Little Pigs confirming I had cancelled my booking with them so that they could refund me. This is where the problem starts. Kew Little Pigs are not willing to send me a short email confirming I have cancelled my booking and Groupon are saying that they will not contact Kew Little Pigs. So I am now left £103 out of pocket. I think this sort of issue is putting staff and animals at Kew Little Pigs at risk as I could have just turned up and not mentioned I had tested positive for Covid. The government guidelines now state that you do not have to self isolate if positive. It obviously doesn’t pay to have respect for other people and animals. Both companies still get paid but the customer gets nothing. Very poor service, Kew little pigs and Groupon!
Update
Firstly I was not abusive to your staff on the phone, angry yes, might have been something to do with losing £103, but I was not offensive or insulting. Your member of staff was also angry and in the end put the phone down on me.
Your staff member agreed that we could get a refund if we asked Groupon to contact you by email. Groupon then told us they required an email from Kew Little Pigs stating that we had cancelled our booking with you, this would then enable them to issue a refund. Your member of staff was not willing to do this. Your member of staff also admitted there was a breakdown in communication with Groupon and you were working on improving this. They also agreed that the safety of the staff and animals depended on people not arriving if they have COVID symptoms, although by not offering a refund or exchange, your policy appears to be pushing people towards doing this as they will lose their money.
It appears that Groupon are actually willing to refund me but you are preventing this from happening.
Regifting unfortunately was not an option as I tested positive on Wednesday evening and advised you on the Thursday and our booking was on the Friday
We have now included Groupon and Kew Little Pigs in to a joint email. Groupon are asking for proof that our booking had been cancelled due to me having COVID.

Thank you for leaving a review. The team here at Kew Little Pigs appreciate the honesty that you advised us of a Covid Positive result, we hope you’re not feeling too poorly with it.
What we do not appreciate is the abusive phone call you gave to our staff, after they had advised the T&C's on 2 separate occasions.
Unfortunately, the T&C's advised through the Groupon website at time of booking the experience and also advised on our own website's T&C's state:
For Third Party customers: Including, but not limited to Groupon, Buy a Gift and Virgin: Once a booking is confirmed, the experience cannot be refunded or amended. As the experiences are already heavily discounted, we reserve the right to limit rescheduling and cancellations. The experience can be re-gifted to friends/family to attend on the date/time booked.
Following the recent and ongoing pandemic Kew Little Pigs Farm Ltd made relevant adjustments due to forced closures and re-booking policies. However, from May 2021 the choice was made to return to our normal policy which is listed above. Unfortunately, we cannot continue to maintain the level of re-bookings and have made this clear throughout. Therefore, it is the customers responsibility to be aware of our full T&C's and understand that by booking through us they agree to these terms. We do allow for the experience to be re-gifted as mentioned.

Lovely experience today seeing the pigs…
Lovely experience today seeing the pigs and piglets. 2 hours was just enough for some petting time and then refreshments at the the end. The staff (Becky) was was welcoming and knowledgable and lovely to see content animals kept outside in a clean and peaceful environment.

Disappointed
I'm disappointed, I was really looking forwards to receiving my order. I recieved an email to say my order had been recieved, but the next day I got a notification from my bank that my money had been refunded with no other information given from the website.

disappointed …
Booked for my daughters birthday and paid over £120 for us both because even though she's over 18, you can't book a singular ticket so a bit of a money spin and then most of what was described wasn't covered?
we weren't doing anything else other than what other families were doing who had paid far less. no interaction from the staff apart from an explanation at the beginning of where we could and couldn't go and one or two members of staff, I would even go as far to say they weren't very "people friendly"
I think a thorough review of what they offer and the description of this place needs to be done. The animals though are a delight but there are a lot better environments and farms to go and see these animals. sorry but I wouldn't recommend.

Design of Gift Voucher Underwhelming
Haven't visited the farm as yet but the gift voucher arrived for my daughters birthday. We are excited about the experience but I would have hope the gift voucher itself could have been designed with a tad more 'pizazz' considering it is a gift. I will make a presentation poster to go with it, as she may not get the full wow factor from this small piece of paper with a pig photo on it.

We are really saddened to see this review this morning. We are a small business struggling following the pandemic and to have a 3-star review solely based on the design of our vouchers is quite unfair.
We do not advertise our vouchers as anything other than what they are, and the experience speaks for itself. We do not have the budget to spend lots of money on such things, especially given what has been going on in the world.

This was a very disappointing…
This was a very disappointing experience considering the price (£60 for me and my 3 year old). It was nice to walk into very muddy pigs pens (5 of them), get close to the pigs and brush them for some moments. But this is all it is and certainly not worth the 2hrs time slot that they allocate for your visit - we were done after 30mins. There were no piglets as it depends on the time of year - which is understandable but not clearly stated on the website (which mainly shows pictures of little piglets). If the price would have been £20 with an extra voluntary donation for the farm, I would have given a good review. But after spending £60 (for an adult and a toddler) I felt completely ripped off…

Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry to hear you did not enjoy your experience. We do make it very clear throughout our website and booking process that piglets are not promised. However, we do currently have piglets ranging from 5 months old at the farm so your review is not a clear representation of the experience.
We are also very clear as to what to expect during your experience and for a lot of people, 2 hours is enough time to spend time in each of the allocated pens, have a look around the shop, and grab drinks/snacks. Unfortunately, the weather will impact any experience but again we are very clear that this is an outdoor experience so expect mud during winter. At different times of the year, you would probably be more than happy to spend more time sitting outdoors petting and playing with the animals.
Again, we are disappointed you did not feel the experience lived up to expectations, as much as we would love to please everyone we make everything as clear as possible and for the most receive great feedback as typically you do not get the chance to get up close and personal with pigs and piglets at most petting farms.

Lovely day out on a super farm with exceptionally well cared for animals!!
From the moment we arrived, we felt super welcome. Our guide was very knowledgeable, clearly cared for all the animals, and obviously loved her job. We were given brushes to carefully groom the piggies which was not only a super calming experience for me, but also for the pigs (a few even fell asleep on their sides ); the pigs are clearly very happy and content - all their animals are very well looked after. Yes, it was a little muddy, but we were super prepared with wellies and waterproofs - (Reading some reviews where the farm was criticised for mud is just unfair and ludicrous, and I am not sure what else to have expected for a cloudy day in February!). The animals are kept in lovely outdoor pens, all have constant access to shelter, food and water. I cannot think of a better day out. I would 100% return and have already recommended to many friends and family

I cannot rate Kew Little Pigs highly enough!
I cannot rate Kew Little Pigs highly enough. I had bought a voucher for a friend of mine who was taken unwell with breast cancer shortly after buying the gift. The team at Kew Little Pigs were fantastic in communication, understanding and help to book in our visit when she was well enough to visit again.
On the day of the visit, we were led through a very well organised Piggy Enthusiast Day visit by an incredibly friendly and well informed member of staff. The pigs were lovely to spend time with and all looked very happy. Members of staff were on hand throughout the visit to help whenever we needed and took the time to talk to us about the backgrounds of the pigs. We also very much enjoyed being able to feed them.
A huge thank you to the team at Kew Little Pigs for being so accommodating in the many emails back and forth to arrange our visit and for giving us such a wonderful experience day visiting some very happy pigs.
