I’ve been waiting on a gift voucher for the past 2 weeks for my partners birthday and on emailing and calling to try and find out anything about my order, they failed to respond… I’m hoping this is just a temporary laps but what seemed like a timely purchased birthday gift is now turning into a panic and potentially £70 lost.

A fantastic day out: really safe and well managed farm, with superb levels of care. It was wonderful to get so close to the pigs, and the time flew by. The pigs were so charming, and keen on being scratched and interacted with. A great day out!

Our granddaughters loved the pigs ………..I think we were lucky to visit on a dry day . Just a wonderful experience. We are now getting nagged to get pigs !

My parents Saw and brought Tickets from…
My parents Saw and brought Tickets from Groupon to take my 2 young children here as a treat in the summer holidays as like many children they haven't done much over the past yr and a half.
My son (5) then tested positive for Covid and my parents tried to change the date of the booking to be told they can't as they purchased through a 3rd party! However when my dad checked the voucher had been redeemed. So they took his money but wouldn't let him rebook.
I understand if they didn't turn up or decided they just didn't want to go but times are slightly different now and he physically couldn't go. Apparently they don't over a change of date because it costs the admin staff to move the booking! Absolutely disgusting for a small business to do this to family's who may have saved, lost jobs etc during this time and wanted to treat their kids or grandkids. I will not recommend this place I think they are robbing people

This is clearly stated on the terms & conditions before booking your visit and on the booking confirmation. We follow similar terms & conditions to other scheduled events. For all experiences booked directly through our website, we offer a 48 hour cancellation policy where you have the opportunity to receive a full refund or one chance to reschedule your visit. However, all experiences booked through a third party are non-refundable and non-transferable to an alternative date. These bookings are already discounted and if you are unable to attend, we welcome the transfer of your ticket to a friend or family member. We really appreciate you reaching out to us and we hope you can understand.

Not miniature pigs at the party!!
I was at my sister's party and I thought we were getting miniature pigs because that's the photos on the website and Instagram and it says miniature pigs. The pigs were cute but they were really big and not miniature so I didn't even get to cuddle or hold them we just brushed them with a wooden brush. I have seen lots of pigs like this at a normal farm and they are just the same they are not little or miniature I was disappointed and my little sister wasn't interested at all on her own birthday party becausethey were not fun or entertaining like we thought they would be.

All of our pigs are Micro. Bart and Lisa that attended your party are a lot smaller than a traditional pig you would find at a farm. We have a Visitor information page which we have provided you with to explain this. At no time throughout our website or social media are we unclear about the sizes of our pigs. Unfortunately after discussing with yourselves we think you may have had piglet sizing in mind.
Again, no where on our website do we say you can hold the pigs. Pigs have very bad eyesight and do not like being held - this causes a lot of distress and as stated we follow strict animal welfare guidelines and our pigs happiness comes first. The owner repeatedly asked your guests if they would like to take the opportunity to have photos and this can be done without holding them.
Unfortunately when attending, the owner of the company described that really you did not have the space for this kind of event. You were also over the legal limit for groups of people at this current time due to covid-19. Our pigs safety is our highest priority at all times as mentioned and access was extremely difficult due to the fact there was no garden and only an area of rubble and no space.
We have already tried to discuss this rationally with you via email and we are saddened that you have felt the need to slander our company online. However we know that we go out of our way to provide the best experience for everyone. Typically we get positive feedback and feel we are very clear on what to expect during the parties.
Our piggy parties involve a lot of planning and background work from the administration, to the public liability licencing and more, down to the insurance, maintenance and fuel costs of the transport. Though the party bookings may be for 1 hour, there is a lot more hours of work going into the management of these events.
Please feel free to post photos of your party as we know the pigs that attended are micro and we have lots of photos of Bart and Lisa at various parties so, we are happy to share these as we have nothing to hide.

My partners daughter in law paid £313…
My partners daughter in law paid £313 for two micro pig’s for her daughter’s 2nd birthday and when they arrived they were normal pigs that just sniffed around, she wanted her daughter to hold them both so she could get a photo, but couldn’t. I think that this is blatant miss selling of a product, and seeing that this company will not budge because of this I do not recommend using them.

AMAZING would definitely visit again.
Great for people of all ages, partner and I went. Our guide was very knowledgeable and friendly.
It was lovely because we were left to do our own thing after the tour = unlimited snuggles :) !!

Great place, a little tour at the beginning lasts around 15 minutes then you are free to go in and out of allocated encloses as you want, both the pigs and staff are docile and friendly haha.
