It was so simple to sort out great help from person on phone I’d lost the keys for the car got offered a hire car but didn’t need the key was cut and man came to house programmed to car all good would recommend to anyone give them a go

We lost a car key whilst on holiday and consequently my wife and I had to share the one remaining key we had. This was quite annoying and confusing knowing who had it or where it had been put!
We were so pleased with the prompt and efficient manner in which your agent came to our house and programmed a replacement key fob. He was very pleasant very quick and did a great job for us. Everything works well our only problem was deciding who has the nice new Key Fob! I won! Ha ha!

After contacting key care re losing my car key down a drain my mind was put at rest when I was told that they would take care of the problem and organise a replacement. This was done and the AA arrived a couple of days later with new key.

Could do with being being a bit quicker on getting a key care cutter to b abit quicker than 2 weeks to fix my van. As van was needed for work but apart from that ok

They dealt with my issue right away.. were quick to pay aswel..but only reason i am giving a 4 is.. with keycare its £100 per key.. but to get a brand new key from dealers is £380.
