So I ordered my keyboard on here and accidentally ordered the wrong size, so all my other parts were for 60% and I accidentally ordered a 65% case.

Now any other company would just send out the items and make me refund the case, but they actually reached out before shipping the order to me and letting me know I ordered the wrong one!

After this, I immediately responded to the mail but still decided to join their discord, where I was helped within the 2 minutes!

They are very fast, friendly and very helpful with the orders. It takes a week to receive the items from Germany to Italy but it's still ok. The quality of the products is awesome! Highly recommended!

Ordered from outside Germany and the shipping was still very fast regardless. Packaging was very good, everything was packaged smartly and safely. They also have a nice selection of switches and other keyboard accessories, I will definitely be using their services in the future.
