Great store, actually had tangerines (and a lot of other stuff) in stock.
Shipping time from Germany to Portugal was a bit slow (one and a half weaks), apart from that great experience.

I ordered about 70 Ink Black v2 switches with shipping to Greece. They arrived within a week or so which is incredible shipping time as well as the switches being quite secure and cushioned inside the package itself. Definitely recommend them.

All of the products came as advertised. Also very happy with customer service when I accedentilly ordered the wrong thing.

Website is easy to use, description of items is clear, ordered a couple of items from it already and all of them arrived on time with good tracking on shipments.

They have really big collections of in-stock items especially for EU stores and fair EU prices. Ordered during Christmas time, but still shipped the next day, everything was nicely packaged. No additional fees or taxes upon delivery to CZE.

The store has a good selection of products and they posted the package on time.

What ruins the experience is the fact that there is no option for DHL Express (DHL Parcel only) which significantly delays orders (at least in some cases).
Also a minor gripe, the website UI needs work, its not very intuitive and lacks the category folder links (example: click on keyboard PCB, you should see something like home -> PCS_boards which should be clickable so you can go in the selected category).

Overall I would order from them again, however only occcasionally due to the extensive shipping times.

Awful experience ordering from KeyGem, this is purely down to the shipping times to Germany. Should be more professional and faster, if you want your products on time, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

Ordered a deskmat and keycaps on a Friday and arrived on a Saturday. Packaged very nice and snug while still feeling well protected.

I ordered lube, switches, brushes, a switch opener and films and they were all packaged very well (cross-europe shipping) with no damage to anything. Everything was as described on their website and delivery times were great as well. If i ever need something they have in stock in the future I'll 100% trust them again!
