Quality of the products are as you would expect from the OEM. Had a slight issue with a component damaged in transit but a quick exchange with customer services (Alicia Chan) and the issue was resolved with zero fuss. If only all customer service experiences could be this painless.

Sent out a damaged blind that has clearly already been fitted. Agreed to send a replace FOC but 3 weeks later and still no sign of the replacement!

A very helpful company. I have had some skylights and recently a loft ladder.

Had one small issue that they resolved quickly and simply.

I bought a roof window blind from Keylite and had to make contact with them several times before committing to ordering because I wasn't certain of what details I wanted in the product. Every email I sent was answered promptly and with exactly the information I needed. I also had to ask for an alternative delivery date as I knew I couldn't be in on the original date supplied. This was all sorted out by email within minutes.

This is a review of my experience with the company rather than the product I bought (which has yet to arrive). I cannot fault their service and I'd especially like to thank Kritika Saini who dealt with all my queries most efficiently.

Alicia was very helpful on the telephone explaining stock level and delivery process. She helpfully arranged a speedy delivery to coordinate with my builder installing the loft ladder.

Excellent response from customer service following damage to the loft door by the courier which was replaced promptly. The product itself stands out above the rest with the spring loaded latches which simplifies fitting the unit without having to screw batons into the ceiling to keep it in place during installation.

The service levels are amazing with Lee as Swansea area rep and Kritika backing him up in the office i have absolute confidence any issues will be dealt with in a timely fashion.
also with the product quality and excellent distribution services the deliveries are great.
Finally being a UK manufacturer you can be sure they will have a solution to any roof light that meets UK regulations and they will be here in 10 years time for maintenance parts.

Keylite are a great company to deal with. I have one main contact, Kritika, who is alway very professional and quick to respond. Acknowledges my orders quickly and accurately. Deals with any queries very quickly. The only downside is with some courier deliveries to incorrect sites and failed collections which are frustrating. Overall - Excellent

Good website quick delivery and easy to fit

Our double glazed roof window's, exterior glass shattered on Sunday morning, following frozen weather. This is fitted to a New build, and the window is only 3 yrs old.
After looking at the Keylite website, I read about their units 10/20 year guarantee. So rang them Monday morning. I was advised to complete a form that would be sent to me, along with a couple of photos.
This was completed and returned 30mins later. I had not heard anything by Wednesday, not even a receipt of my email. So I rang again, to be told, the Triage Team would ring me back. Which did not happen. I then sent a follow up Email, asking if I was covered by their Guarantee.
Suffice to say, I've not heard anything and have therefore arranged my own repair.
Not sure if this companies Guarantee, is valid or worthless, as I've never had the opportunity to discuss or had any follow up to the completed form. What I do know, is the Companies Customer Service, regarding their products isn't particularly professional or competent.
1 star given, for the sending of the form.

The product is easy to fit retrospectively and has definitely eliminated a cold spot. I think it will also help in the summer eliminate a greenhouse effect.

It fits really snug and ensures perfect black out to ensure when spring comes I’m not up with the Skylarks!
