Blind fitted well. Not easy to open and close with the pole, though.

Great quality and simple to install. A really good quality/ designed blind .

Have 3 Solar blinds . One broke just outside warranty period. No new solar blinds available so had to buy a manual one. There should be a way to operate solar blinds manually.

The blind arrived on time and was very easy to fit. Excellent service

The blinds are easy to assemble and fix and is of an amazing quality .

Is a bit on the expensive side but the quality justifies the price

I purchased solar blinds from Keylite around two years ago which came with a three year manufacturers warranty. Both blinds have failed and are sagging which is clearly a manufactural issue however when contacting Keylite, they have suggested that I try and resolve the issue myself.

I would also like to add that it takes unto a week to receive a response which is simply unacceptable.

I have made an official complaint and will be escalating further if Keylite do not come up with a solution.

I was disappointed that the company did Not Fully support me under the product guarantee as when I first contacted the company regarding my faulty blind my product was still under warranty. They did issue a new breaker for the blind but this did not solve the problem. I had no choice but to purchase a new blind
I was so pleased that the product was still available in the.Same colour and once again had 3 matching working roof blinds.
Generally a quality product, I was just unlucky to have had one go faulty.
I would purchase from this company again.

the blind fit perfectly and was very easy to fit the only issue that stops this from getting a 5 stars is the length of time it took to arrive, for the price you pay i'd of expected a better and quicker service.

The quote team were efficient and friendly when providing me with the exact replacement I needed.
The product was like for like replacement, just 20 years apart but actually needed the opening cut by 30mm the whole way round.
The new PVC window fits with the decor and much brighter than the old wood version.

I had a Keylite Roof Window installed back in Feb 2021, which is absolutely great, cannot fault the window whatsoever. I decided to purchase a Solar Powered motorised blind, which was not cheap when compared to the manual blinds, and expected that these would last a long time. This is unfortunately not the case.

I purchased the blind and installed this in March 2021. The blind was great until Feb 2023 (<2 years), had to raise a support case, sent it away to be repaired/replaced. The blind had come out of the cassette and needed to be reattached. This came back to me in March 2023, good as new, and was still under Warranty at the time.

20 months later, the blind has gone faulty again, but this time it appears to be a problem with the cassette. The motor is working, but it seems to be some kind of spring action is not actually pulling the blind up the runners properly.

I am aware that this blind is now outside of the 3 year warranty, and my intention when calling Keylite today was to 'pay' to get this fixed, perhaps an element of goodwill gesture if i was lucky, but ultimately, i wanted to get my blind repaired (at my own cost).

I called customers services, as soon as i mentioned when i originally purchased the blind, was not interested at all, quickly shrugged me off by saying the engineers dont carry parts for old blinds, outside of warranty bla bla bla... This window is one of the later model T04!! Did not even ask for any of the details like order number, window code... Not interested at all.

To summarise, Customer Services advice to me was 'buy a new blind'... It appears they no longer do the solar powered blinds so this is also not an option.

Not great customer service the 2nd time around. 2 star rating on the fact that i had good customer service 20 months ago.

Pretty poor blinds. We have a pair of electric windows that repeatedly both break so the blinds won't raise. These have been fixed a few times now but then just break again in a few weeks. So they are stuck permanently down. The windows do open though after their fix (as they also broke).

We also have a pair of manual blinds but these are also pretty poor. The blinds in the frame come loose really easily just from occasional use leaving a gap at the bottom where light will come through.

Really can't recommend these due to all these headaches.

I was impressed by how responsive the company were in changing over part of my order that had been made by mistake. This was sorted without fuss or drama so on this point alone would recommend anyone to purchase from them. The products are of a high standard and in my opinion comparable with comparable high end suppliers of roof skylight windows, light tunnels, etc.

Superb system and blinds fit their windows exactly and so easy to attach almost anyone could do it with basic skills.

Excellent quality product, delivered in a timely manner, complete doddle fit to roof ladder even for me just a DIY'r
