You don’t understand the last couple of days I’ve had. I had an issue with my keys not scanning in, meaning my next guest couldn’t collect it.
I had a guest checking in in an hour so was pretty worried as I had been stuck with this issue since yesterday and no one had been able to help me, but Brise being the absolute lifesaver they are was able to reset it for me and solve the issue many other reps weren’t able to do. So thank you for saving me from the 1 star I would’ve received Brise 🙌🙌

My concern was solved quickly thanks to Brize's help

First off, I like this idea and service.

The price seems reasonable in the UK (we used it frequently there) but too high in Canada. The cost of billing for one month (49.99) is the same as buying a lock box yourself (49.99 at Canadian Tire).

Secondly, I've now had billing issues with this company twice. One was when the user interface was confusing and I accidentally created two instances of the same key and was charged for both. The second time happened recently when I paid for the monthly plan and then was charged three additional times even though the monthly plan is supposed to include unlimited movements.

I'd like the service to succeed but I'm frustrated with having to spend time correcting their errors. I'd like to remind users to check their bills.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Lovely Mae regarding an issue with the keys, and I couldn't be more impressed. She was brilliant—clear, prompt, and incredibly helpful throughout.
