Key Performance Training are a workplace regulated training company, offering a range of training courses to employers and employee's alike. We have a dedicated training centre in Swindon, Wiltshire, where we run courses from every day. These range from forklift trucks (as we are an RTITB accredited member), first aid, fire safety, manual handling and health and safety (through Qualsafe and Ofqual). We work with a wide variety of businesses in many sectors, as every British business is governed by the HSE legislation and therefore requires their employees to be properly trained to a high standard. We've therefore been able to help many companies meet their obligations. We also understand that training can be the first step to a change in career, and our courses offer people a pathway to employment. We work with recruitment agencies and help delegates find real jobs that are available for trainees with their newly acquired skills.

Novice counter balance
Just a fantastic experience, from entering the building to finishing the course, key performance were super friendly patient and professional. Made everything feel easy to follow, I couldn't recommend them high enough.

Great training and definitely worth every penny. Despite the course being a refresher for me i came out of there having learnt quite a few new things. Would advise a friend.

Would like to say a massive thank you to my instructor Ian. I'm now a J3 Rough terrain telehandler operator. Everything was explained clearly and throughly to understand. A brilliant course and would recommend to anyone. Thank you all

One day first aid course
Booked 12 of our staff onto the one day first aid course, we all rated Steve (our trainer) very highly and he made the training very specific to our roles and environment in which we work in. Didn't move on until we were all 100% with each topic and made the course really fun and engaging. Highly recommend!

David Was Brilliant
Key Performance really helped me and my staff obtain the correct qualifications to ensure we are safe and compliant, the process was simple and hassle free.
Our Instructor David was very knowledgeable, he was a pleasure to have around and made the usual mundane task of theory fun and factual.
Overall I was very happy and keen to have David back again for future training.
