Storex is how all storage will be in the future and we will look back at laugh at how grim the other places used to be. I have nothing but good things to say about Storex in Sunbury; both the set up and design and Raj who was a total star at helping me (and the removal team) to "move in". I had looked at a few places before settling on here and so pleased I kept looking.

Gavin was welcoming, informative and very easy to communicate with. He showed me 2 units and advised me well on items I had to store. I appreciated his honesty around the size of the unit I needed.

Outstanding Storage Facility in Loughton – A Standout Choice

I’m currently a customer at STOREX Self Storage in Loughton, and I can honestly say the experience has been exceptional from the very beginning. I originally found them through Google while comparing several storage facilities, and out of all the places that contacted me, STOREX immediately stood out.

My enquiry was followed up by Gemma, the Manager, who was extremely friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to walk me through multiple options, answered every question clearly, and made the whole process feel effortless. At the time, I had been contacted by a number of other storage companies, but none offered the same level of professionalism, clarity, or customer care that Gemma provided. Even though STOREX was slightly further out for me, the difference in service made the decision easy.

The facility itself is modern, spotless, and incredibly secure, with 24/7 CCTV and a smart digital‑lock system that makes access simple and stress‑free. The app‑based entry is a game‑changer — no keys, no fuss, just smooth access every time. On‑site parking makes loading and unloading convenient, and the whole site feels well‑designed and thoughtfully maintained.

On the day of moving in, we realised the unit we had chosen wasn’t big enough and naturally panicked. Gemma made the situation completely stress‑free and immediately assisted us with arranging a second unit of a similar size nearby. In her absence, her colleague Gavin stepped in, and he was equally as friendly, reassuring, and helpful. They truly are a great team and a real pleasure to work with — nothing is ever too much trouble for either of them.

I would highly recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for a secure, modern, and customer‑focused place to store their belongings. STOREX Loughton genuinely sets the standard.

Security is top notch

Storex Loughton, Gavin is super helpful, assisted in setting up the app on our phone, showing us around, explained everything in detail. Welcomed us today with our first lot of storage, showing us what to do. All very simple operated via your phones. Quick and easy. Nothing was too much trouble, and having Gavin on site for any questions was great. Highly recommend, choice of storage sizes, clean, welcoming, and the price is very good. Thank you Gavin.

Excellent experience at Storex Watford,first time using storage. Had a call from Godwin replying to my enquiry just before they were closing. He went through everything thoroughly and helped me out setting up my account and app ready for us to use the facility next morning (Sunday). By the time we had finished he was half hour over his finish time, unusual but most welcome this day and age. By the time we were finished it felt like we were best of neighbours all our lives. First visit next morning (Sunday) had a couple of of issues with the app, some questions and finding our way. Gloria helped us out in no time at all and got us on our way fast. Godwin and Gloria are an absolute credit to the company and I hope the company does a recognition and reward scheme. Outstanding service both on the 05 & 06/07/2025

Convenient location in Sunbury with the latest security technology including the App (which is easy to use) and gives peace of mind. Friendly and helpful staff when I needed to access foe the first time. Would definitely recommend !
