Gavin and staff were always helpful and informative. The unit was excellent.
The only negative is that the car park where you load and unload is very poorly thought out. It is very difficult if there is a box van there as in our case when we cleared out unit. The attendant tried to hurry us up , saying that he had customers waiting to which i did reply that i too was a customer and we were being as quick as possible!

From booking the storage unit to actually storing the items on the 10th October the system is very good and easy to use Gavin from the Loughton Storex was particularly helpful.

We chose Storex because it was close to home and very clean. The app made using the facility very easy and the staff were all friendly and helpful. We had a great experience for the few months we needed the storage and remain happy with our choice.

Everyone is very helpful. I needed to downsize and it was a very simple process.
The security system is excellent.

Was really easy to use a great price raj and aaron explained everything i would definately recommend this company, my only fault with it was the insurance was high and you could not go lower than 3k nothing in my unit was worth that much 1k option would of been good for me

We rented a storage unit while having building work done on our house. Everything works via their app - car park entry, lift, opening the unit. The app works very well but it all feels a bit spooky when there’s no one around. The unit was modern, clean and dry and just what we needed. When I needed to talk to someone on the phone, they were always helpful. Price reasonable, especially the introductory offer.

Very good storage rental. Much needed when my business was fraudulently stolen at the end of last year and I didn’t want the person who had obtained my lease dishonesty getting the contents of the venue as well. Managed to rent a Storex unit on New Years Eve! Three months reduced rent was a great bonus too. The people on the desk (thanks Gavin) are always helpful and friendly. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Storex to friends and family.
