My experience is very bad with Keys-Shop team. I had purchased Office 365 product with 1 TB One Drive.
Order #30510
Product Name: Office 365 Pro Plus for Windows, Mac, Android, iOS (5 Devices) - 1TB
But in One Drive it is showing only 100 GB Storage.
I had followed up with their Team multiple times on this via Whatsapp and Mail. Every time they said that it is a Microsoft side glitch which they are working on to fix it and it will get fixed soon. But even after multiple follow-ups issue did not get resolved.
Later I asked them to cancel the order and process the refund.
Now they have stopped replying my messages and mail as I have asked for a refund.
It looks like I have wasted the money on this product.
So, beware of this scam company and don't buy from them.

This is a Fraud seller
Multiple mobile numbers given but when they cannot solve your issue will block you and abuse. Write their own reviews.Cheat people After sales services is very poor. The guy should have guts to display his
name here.
No help by sending email also.

Telling a blank lie in his comment. Most of his so called lifetime products don’t work after a month. When you ask if he wishes then will give vague reply as Upgrading ho raha hai. But when they can’t solve it they will not give replacement or refund
Don’t trust this fraud. Most reviews are changed by themselves in their website.The owner is contacted on 25th December 2023 onwards for the product he sold for Rs 10K as so called lifetime validity.
But he didn’t reply to sort out the issue till date.
He didn’t provide replacement or refunded the money till date 2 months over after sending mails and request. But didn’t give any response.
Now he is telling lie that the individual is not contacted. What a shameless chap !!! God is watching your activity!! You will be rewarded for it surely for the fraudulent activity
The fraud seller didn’t give anything free and nor did I ask him to give free. He is calling me mad as I exposed his character. Frightened to keep his name in review.
I have mailed him several times to replace the product but no reply. I have proof of it and will share it.. A big fraud one !!!
If you are so genuine and concerned about customers replace my Synthesia AI product which I purchased as lifetime product paying 10k.
Instead of feeling so sad about this review look upon yourselves and give aftersales service and not simply hide and block contacts.
Still date the fraud didn't do anything needful either providing replacement of the product or refunding the amount.
Shameless!!!

If your company is doing wonderful job then why are you so sad and not happy of true reviews of genuine customers who is being cheated by you. Kindly refund the money for Synthesia AI sold for 10K on September 2023. Almost 10 mails send with request to replace or refund the amount but didn’t respond till date!!

They don’t deserve even one star. I ordered a VPN lifetime from them, but after a month or so it stopped working. When i complained this they said that one month support window is closed. How can they offer lifetime validity and support for only for a month. This is definitely a SCAM. Don’t buy anything from this website. I bought NORDVPN lifetime from them and after a month it stopped working. And it happened again with CLEAN MY MAC
