Misleading Product Descriptions and Unreliable Support

I made a purchase from Keys-shop.in for "Quillbot Premium" (Order ID: 25177, dated 11 February 2024), paying INR 2,419. The product page for "Quillbot Premium" clearly stated:

"- One Time Payment. No Monthly, Annual, Renewal, Subscription or other Hidden charges."

This implied that the software would be a one-time purchase, providing lifetime access. However, after a few months, I found myself unable to log in, with the error message: "Incorrect email and/or password. Please retry."

When I reached out to the contact person (for keys-shop.in) for updated login credentials, I was shocked to receive the response that although the website states "No Replacement After 30 days", he offers a 6-month warranty. This is extremely misleading, as the website's description gave the false impression that the software would work indefinitely without any issues.

It feels like a clear case of false advertising, as I expected lifelong access based on the product's description. The lack of clarity and the limited 6-month support period are deeply concerning. I would caution anyone considering purchasing from this website, as it appears the product may only be valid for a limited time, not as described.

I am highly disappointed with both the misleading marketing and lack of proper customer support. Be very careful before making any purchases from keys-shop.in — what you see is not always what you get.

I had purchased Google 2TB lifetime subscription a year ago and now it shows subscription expired and asking for payment. When I contacted keys-shop, they are telling it had 1 year warranty for that and if the subscription expired, we cannot help you with this. So friends don’t trust this site and don’t stake your data on their lucrative offers.

Nice Service

I found this site with the product I was interested in. Namely, AnyUnlock. I paid with cryptocurrency, after which my order disappeared. But the support team got in touch and within 24 hours I received what I expected.

But then the fun began - they sold me a hacked version of AnyUnlocker, which is freely available. I downloaded it before and it didn't work. This service sold me exactly the same product, only in a different wrapper. And the software - DID NOT WORK!

After explaining to the support team that it was wrong to do this and delicately asking for a refund, they refused. They also stopped responding to me and blocked me in the chat.

Although I bought the product in 2022, the service was great. I had a response to my query in a short time and then the assistance required to sort out the problem very quickly as well.

was searching option for office365 with 5tb option, this website selling 100gb account in 299 and 1209 for Up to 5tb, bought this after applying one coupon in 846 but got the 100gb account, when enquired they are saying its between 50gb to 5tb dynamic and you should enquire with us before, its clearly cheating and i am sure they might not honor the 100gb option in 299 as well u might get 1 gb only, we need to beware and i am reporting to other agency wherever possible and both customer service or whatsapp focussed to tell u customer need to check we have written on the website, this week Keys-shop.in raised to Trust pilot that my review is not for them, if needed trust pilot team or anyone can reach me out will provide evidence of order and chat details , lastly both of the website which i mention u can find each other reference by yourself. "Upto 5 GB" should not give u "100GB" when it cost much lesser, after talking to executive they are insisting i should have a talk before placing order which i believe not happen always. if i am running business i know this is happening with my customers then i would say "please clarifiy before you purchase" to avoid these bad conversation.
