The lock arrived really quickly
The lock arrived really quickly, the instructions were very easy to follow and there were videos as well if needed. It looks much better than the old one that I had in place and of course it’s much safer than the old one. I should’ve done this from the very beginning, but I now know that my house is secure as I’m my keys because of this amazing box.

Keysafe as described but code setting not easy
Product as described. Installing was ok. The template is in paper form and needs to be cut out of the instructions. But getting the code sorted was quite difficult, even with instructions ,and took a while, hence 4 stars. Would advise anyone not DIY savvy to consider getting it installed professionally. Delivery of item was prompt.

Thought product would store the fob and key easily but with the ring the key was too long and we have to ring fob and key together. Very pleased to get away from combination. This is third key safe I have fitted in three years. Key press is not as precise as I would like especially as this is for carer access. Love the turn key open brilliant. I was directed to The Key Safe Company when searching for a police-recommended secure key safe. The online details were clear and detailed. I ordered and the key safe was delivered promptly. It comes with masonry fixings and clear instructions on setting the code and fixing. Great!

The product is great - strong and easy to use.
I paid extra for the fitting service but it took about 3 weeks for this to be completed so it was a good job that I wasn’t in a hurry!

Helpful call, prior to purchase, with someone knowledgeable about the product that I was considering, which contributed to my decisionmaking.

The key safe seems to work well. But it has only been used for a few days.
