Initially, the product looked to be of very high quality, but I ran into a bit of a snag—the mechanism on one of the legs wasn't working.
I reached out to the support team, and they were incredibly helpful. They sent me a replacement part right away, and now everything is working perfectly.

I ordered a pack of 3 filters but they arrived without the cloths. Having not had any help from Amazon, I contacted K&F customer service. I sent them the details and they have immediately sent replacement cloths. Very helpful. I have bought other items, their backpacks are excellent quality and value.

I was amazed on how well my case was handled by customer services. I had a default item I bought via Amazon. I had replies in no time and even text messages with updates on my replaced items that was sent to me. Just a world class service.

I bought a K&F lens hood via Amazon for a Canon R7 50mm back in July 2025. After using the product three times since the purchase date it wouldn't lock on to the lens.
I contacted K&F directly via their website & completed an online form which I found easy to complete & submit.
Shortly after submitting the form the Customer Service Team requested that I send a photo/video of the product.
The video was sent on a Sunday & the following day I received an email asking if I would like to have a replacement. After confirming details I received a new lens hood two days later.
Fantastic professional customer service, quick response times & I was updated throughout the process. Would highly recommend K&F products & I will continue to use them for my photographic needs.

Tried to contact via live chat and no one answered. You can tell they use an AI based chat but not even the AI could respond.
Update: Customer Service emailed me and sent a replacement. Took a while to receive it but nonetheless happy with the support team for assisting. Super excited to use the product.

I had an issue with a tripod head that was defective. I showed K&F Concept photos of the defective part, and my original invoice, after contacting them through their website. They promptly offered to send me a replacement. Excellent customer service - reminds me of the way many companies acted before 2020. K&F Concept has great customer service, and I trust them and will use more of their equipment because of their support.
