Great Customer Support

I have been using Kandi products for…

I have been using Kandi products for some time now with positive experience.
Recently I did have a Warranty issue with a Battery. I am happy to report that K and F did look after my replacement and so far everything has been good. The process did take time as my time zone is different than the manufacturers but in the end after lots of back and forth, the problem was solved. Thanks K and F

Variable ND/ CPL filter

Easy shopping process and delivered within the time frame specified. Filter appears well made and works well on my brief test photos so far. The proof of exactly how good it is will be determined when it gets more intense use. Why a 3 star rating? Well, it was supposed to come with free Bluetooth earbuds but didn't.

Customer support contacted me to say I didn't select the free Bluetooth buds option at checkout, although the selection process wasn't clear. However, K&F have sent the earbuds in the post.

Excellent customer service

I ordered the K&F Concept Nano-X series filter set, and although the UV filter was missing from my initial package, their customer service handled it very professionally. After I contacted them, they responded quickly and shipped the missing part right away. Very responsible and efficient support.

Good value products

I bought four K&F adapter rings to connect my old manual lenses to my Sony camera. The adapter rings are well made. One of them had a small problem, but after contacting the manufacturer's customer service, they quickly mailed me a new one. I will continue to buy K&F adapter rings in the future.

Purchased and service

Purchased a double battery and charger ( LP-E6P ). Item arrived quickly and well packaged.

On initial charging one battery appeared/was faulty, so I contacted K&F Support. After a brief conversation with photos and a video to show issue, a replacement battery was posted out.

Battery arrived and tested OK. Fantastic service from K&F.
