I had spoke to the customer service team after orders, i had told them my item had arrived damaged/not in working order, they had asked for proof, as expected, and i had sent the proof. I then soon recovered and email saying i had a replacement arriving, after i had sent my details, this was the fastest customer service i had yet used. Overall the process took less than 24 hours all thanks to julie.

I recently purchased a few batteries for my Canon DSLR as a backup but unfortunately after a little while they ahd stopped working, I had reached out to K&F Customer Service and was really surprised by their attention to detail in resolving my issue, it is always a concern when dealing with a company online that you feel like you are just a number, but I was genuinely delighted as to how they resolved the issue at hand and would happily purchase from them again.

Ordered a K&F Concept lens 3in1 filter on Amazon website, arrived on the same day. The filter came with the case and a couple of prepacked microfiber cleaning cloth and a warranty card with a QR code. By scanning the code i could extend the basic 3 years warranty to 10 years! The product seems to be a very good quality, metal construction, very durable. Only downside is the case, flimsy plastic, but is acceptable in this price point.

Perfect service, perfect product.
I bought an adapter for an Insta360 AcePro 2 to fit my little gimbal. The first one didn´t fit 100% so my AcePro 2 wasn´t securely mounted. I wrote the support and after some mails they sent me a new one. The new one fits perfect now.

K&F has been great to work with. I had a tripod that needed repair, only took one email and they promptly got back to me. After sending them a picture of what i needed i was sent a link that i was able to order new leg. Comunication was fast and very helpful. Got a tripod from them long ago and its out of warranty. But they step up to the plate and send me replacement feet for it. I only wish that they designed their tripod better so the feet does not come off so easily. And it would be nice that they offer them for sale in case we need them years from now. In all, a good exp with their product and their customer service.

I recently purchased a set of ND filters for my Mavic 4 Pro. The fit and appearance are top-notch. There was, however, a small problem. The bezel of the filter assembly was a bit too large in 4 areas. This caused some minor interference, which the drone detected upon start-up and gimbal alignment. I contacted customer service, and in less than 12 hrs a very satisfactory response was received. I sent them photos and a suggestion for a design mod, which was well received.
This is a new product, and things happen. If they don't know there is a potential problem, how are they going to correct it?
I will definitely be doing business with them again in the future. Keep up the great work and innovation.

Received a tripod as a gift and it’s extremely nice however during shipping I presume a screw was damaged and caused it to be nearly impossible to use. I reached out to the customer service department and they quickly and in a friendly manner resolved the issue by sending a replacement part. I cannot thank them enough.

I am a big fan of K&F gear. It’s high quality, performs exceptionally, and doesn’t cost the Earth. I started with a desktop tripod, now have multiple tripods, filters and one of their awesome camera bags that fits all my imaging gear and keeps it safe until needed. Heck, I even have a K&F selfie stick, and I hate taking photos of myself! It’s really handy for filming over crowds too though, so I get good use out of it.
K&F has quickly become my preferred brand for everything photography related.

I bought a K&F lens hood on Amazon (the package appeared open and may have been a prior return), and it had trouble attaching to the corresponding lens. I was simply going to return it, but Amazon offered an option of getting in touch with K&F directly, so I figured I'd give that a try. To my surprise and delight, K&F did get in touch with my and promptly shipped a replacement, which works perfectly. This increased my already existing trust in the brand, and I will continue to enjoy my current products as well as explore new options from K&F.
