I found this website by chance but was extremely happy when I did. I haven’t yet opened the AirPods as they are a Christmas present. Delivery want prompt and was kept informed throughout the order and delivery process. Will definitely be revisiting this site 👍

I brought a pair of Apple Air pods. Due to not wanting to lose them, I didn’t use them, I saved them for my trip to London.
Whilst I was on my trip, 1 of the pods kept dropping its charge so went into Apple and explained. 30 mins wait and I was seeing a tech. She took them out the back and returned 5 mins later, to my horror she said. I don’t no where you purchased these but these aren’t an Apple product and can’t do nothing about the product. She apologised and advised me to send them back to where I purchased them.
July 2022 I spoke to KF-Direct they explained that due to being reconditioned they get mistaken. They advised me to post it back to them with a cover letter explaining the problem and if you wanted a refund or exchange.
Due to moving since purchased I made sure to include the new address and that I requested a full refund.
Apparently someone in their warehouse took it upon themselves and sent out a replacement to the wrong address.
After a couple of weeks and still no refund I emailed them.
They explained that their warehouse guy sent them out, when I did some investigations they had sent them to my old address..
I explained this to KF-direct and their response was get in touch with them and ask them where they are?
Fortunately we have a good friend that lives a couple of doors down, so she went around.
The new tenant said that they had received something but when they realised the name and it wasn’t for her or her partner. Put the back in the post box (return to sender)
I informed KF-direct about this and their response was once we have received the returned item they would forward them on to my new address.
I have been in touch with KF-direct and they are now saying. They had sent them out and once they are return the will action it.
We are now towards the end of October. They are now saying that the sent them to “My” and they are over 12months so old.
I’m out of pocket £89.99
Please please please think twice before you buy of this disgraceful company
Their response as per normal is; They sent 2 out?? No they didn’t they sent 1 (Why lie?) The original, which I returned and enclosed that I wanted a refund (which was advised by you!)..
You sent them to the wrong address which I had to chase up, the tenants have said they returned them you are saying you haven’t received them… meanwhile I’m out of pocket… paid for an item I haven’t received… the customer Act of 2015 says it’s your responsibility yet you fail to comprehend any of this….
Looking at all the bad reviews seem to be about apple air pods… In hindsight I wished I would of read this site before purchasing…
Like I said in my email I will be taking this matter further.
You just cannot comprehend that this is your error!

KFDirect have great customer care. My Samsung charger blew up, never had that happen before especially with a Samsung product but they promised to replace the charger and made the process easy. It was just in the warranty period so I got lucky.
I was a bit taken aback by how good they are at looking after their customers and recommend using them for your needs with confidence, even though they didn't respond to my initial email they will go out of there way to help you in the end.

Never in my life have I had so much trouble over a web order. Three months ago I ordered 2nd generation 'airpods.' When they arrived it became apparent that they didn't work. When connected to my phone the airpods would cut out every split second so it was like listening to music on the end of a phone with bad service. As well as this the battery on one airpod would run out within a matter of hours and would not charge in the case unless the case was on charge, even when the case itself was fully charged. I reported this, returned the goods and agreed to accept a replacement hoping that these ones would work. Shock horror, they didn't. The connection between the airpods and my phone was just as bad. To make sure it wasn't an issue with my phone I checked its bluetooth connectivity with other bluetooth devices like a speaker or my car and there were no issues. I reported this again, all within the 90 days warranty, and demanded a refund. They said I would need to return the airpods before I could get a refund, which I did. When I followed up on the return I was told that it was not their policy to issue refunds and that they would be sending me another pair of airpods. I explained that I would continue to send back the airpods until they gave me my refund. I was then told by someone called James that I was now outside of my 90 day warranty, I wasn't, and because of this they couldn't help me any further. All my email exchanges with James were as inconsistent as the one prior and it was glaringly obvious that they have no idea how to handle this situation. I then phoned up, sick to death of the emails back and forth, and spoke to someone called John who immediately told me that I would be getting a refund. I obviously had no faith in this so I had planned to phone up in a weeks time to check that the refund had been actioned. In the meantime, I then received a refund for £5040 instead of £50.40. Some poor soul in their accounts department couldn't find the decimal place. Within 24 hours they were on the phone demanding I send the money back that day, which I was always going to do, but they couldn't seem to understand the irony of them now chasing me for money. Of course, no bank will allow you to send nearly £5k to any old account so I had to spend my saturday on the phone to the bank figuring out how to send this money back. From start to finish this order has been an absolute joke, the customer service is non existent and I can't stress how much the cost savings just aren't worth it. Three months later I still have no airpods.

I ordered some AirPods which arrived very quickly. There were som initial teething problems, however as these are refurbished Its not unlikely. The customer service was excellent and a replacement was organised very quickly. Now I have an excellent pair of headphones and am very happy.
