What great service

i would like to take a moment to thank Kel and Brock from KGB Coopers Plains for the professional and exemplary manner in which they obtained a specifically styled eschuion for an old safe. i had contacted a number of other safe companies and none were remotely interested in helping me due to the apparent rarity of the part . Kel was happy to search out the part and foward it to me. Iwould highly recommend that anyone with safe issues contact this company first for assistance .

Called them to come & open my garage & they were here in no time. Service was performed efficiently & diligently.

KGB were fantastic, prompt, friendly, efficient, and punctual. Great thoughtful work by the locksmith ( sorry did not get his name) who came and replaced our front door lock at Indooroopilly yesterday, and brought great calm and can-do mentality to what could have been fraught situation. Thank you.

Yes From the first phone call to installation I had to follow up the installation date & was still confusion the day before. Thankfully the installation seems to have gone well ....... although a camera was not situated as requested or explanation of position change.

The work done was first class and no problems there. The locksmith knew his trade well and the product as well.
What prevented a better review was the locksmith didn’t turn up at all on the first day and I had to chase you up. On the second day he was late and although he called the office to say he was going to be late, the message didn’t get passed on to me.
I would work in policies and processes then it will be a great company.
