The young locksmith who attended was efficient with his work but one of the deadbolts that he installed was too close to the window fame and stopped my slider working effectively. Fortunately I picked it up before he left and and he was able to correct it without. We all have to learn so I wouldn't have a problem recommending this company, but just check that everything works before the tradesman leaves.

Being truthful, we are either on time or a little late so being early is nice and I truly wish we could be on time for every job but dring to appointments as well as jobs that go "funky" always make firm appointment time tricky. Would recommend Brian again. He helped us create a new key for a lock, make a caliber for a screen door I bought at Bunnings work (thought it was a write-off) and helped to install a new dead bolt set.
