KGhobby delivered every pre-order and…

KGhobby delivered every pre-order and every order I had with them. I am giving them 4 stars instead of 5 as only one figure took 9 months after its release for them to send it to me and when I received it, I wasn't excited to receive the figure anymore. However, they are a trusted seller and I will pre-order with them again. They also answered every email I sent them.

Very trustworthy overseas seller

Very trustworthy overseas seller. I have purchased 6 Hot Toys figures so far and never an issue.

Had the need to contact customer service once and it was convenient that they have English speaking representatives (they are based in and ship from Hong Kong).
