Stay away from them their scammers don’t trust them it’s all lie

I took my Mercedes E350 to get headlamp fixed . These lads went above and beyond my expectations. I could not fault the way they looked after me

My first experience with KGVS has been excellent despite a delay caused by the volume of orders the factory had received. Khiya though kept us up to date throughout and answered all our queries in a professional manner. I cannot fault the service received from start to finish and would not hesitate to recommend KGVS to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

This is my 4th car with KG, and the service I get has always been amazing. I’ve dealt with Khiya for many years now, the communication is always on point. I wouldn’t do business with anyone else!

I have been using KGVS since 2009 when I leased my first car and cannot fault their service and this time round Khiya was amazing throughout. Khiya constantly kept me informed throughout the process until my car was delivered and even though there were some delays (no fault of KGVS) I was always contacted and made aware. They will hear from me again in 3 years time for my next car.

This is my second lease using KG Vehicle Solutions and I cannot recommend them highly enough. There was a delay with the car (not their fault). Khiya updated me every step of the way, from providing quotes through to delivery of the vehicle and beyond. As others have said, all questions answered timely and nothing too much trouble. Khiya has the best customer service skills I have ever come across, is professional and friendly, and is an absolute credit to the company. I'm delighted with my car, thank you so much.

Khiya was my support during the process of leasing our car. We ran into some technical email difficulties which she was quick to resolve.
I found the service very personal and Khiya always seemed available.... I work stupid hours but she always replied to my sometimes silly questions without any hesitation.

I am not normally one to post reviews but on this occasion I will as it’s well deserved additionally I recently saw a negative review regarding your fee I could not disagree more with the posters comments regarding what had been done to justify it well in one word everything sourcing the car I wanted at a good price,admin, logistics, and a lot of emails answered! as far as I see it total value for money for the work KGVS have done I didn’t have to do a thing except choose my car sit back and wait for it come first class company to deal with

Will definitely come back to you guys for my new one in 4 years time wouldn’t even bother looking anywhere else

KGV were execllent. They answered all my questions and made me feel at ease with the process. They went beyond helpful when the colour of the car I wanted wasn't in stock. Without asking, they managed to get me what I wanted so I didn't have to compromise. Also I'm extremely please with the price!! I would definitely recommend them and have done to friends and family.
