Outstanding Service & Highly Recommended Company
I highly recommend this company if you are looking to replace your windows. Unlike many other companies, their prices are reasonable. Imran was very accommodating, even after the installation was complete. The installation team was professional and considerate, and they did an excellent job cleaning up afterward. I now have high-quality doors and windows at a fair price.

Great job completed to a high standard at a reasonble price
The staff were outstanding and completed the window fittings to a highly professional standard. They paid attention to detail and cleaned up as they worked, leaving the property spotless. The windows and fitments were of superior standard, and we would definitely recommend them.

Thoroughly knowledgeable & professional
Had invited Khalsons to quote for replacement of 10+ casement windows in the house. Imran, who visited for the quote was very knowledgeable, courteous and answered all our questions patiently. He took time to understand our requirements and made valuable suggestions as well. Their quote was reasonable and a small discount was offered as expected. However, Imran didn't try any hard selling tactics or speak to someone in his company to offer a further 'special discount' like others. This speaks a lot about a company that has the self-assurance & won't drop prices stupidly just to win a job.
I would happily recommend Khalsons to anyone looking to replace windows or doors.

Kitchen window & cladding replacement
I had my old draughty kitchen window & cladding under removed & replaced by Khalsons last week.
They arrived on time, were professional & worked as a team to do the job in a timely manner.
Most importantly... they cleaned up very well after themselves, you wouldn't even know they'd been, except the kitchen is now less draughty & it's warmer & the new window/cladding looks amazing!!! Thanks Khalid, top team!!!

Large sliding doors
Found this company via Google
Found them to be helpful knowledgable - we had extremely large sliding doors and despite the difficulty in resolving the size obstacle they did swiftly and accommodated with timeframe .
Installation was very professional and all was done in the day.
Communication a little slow but overall would recommend any windows and would recommend/use again . Price competitive..

17 weeks after payment, no good or services received.

My windows and doors are still not install since payment on 2 September 2024 ( 29 weeks after payment).

It has now been 17 weeks I paid £17,000 for doors and windows and I have not received any goods or services
I ordered windows and door on the 2 September 24 with 4 weeks leads time (30th September 24).
Several installation and delivery dates given have been missed, 30th September, 18th November, 9th December, 19 December, before Christmas
Communication is poor, evasive and not proactive.
True status of my order, delivery and installation is still not known as at 29 December 24

We appreciate your patience and understanding during the recent delays with your order. While we regret the inconvenience, we have maintained open and frequent communication throughout the process.
After the initial survey, we informed you within 3 weeks that we may not be able to continue with your job due to an increase in the price of the aluminum you had ordered. We gave you the option to either receive a refund or allow us time to find a better price from another supplier, which you accepted.
As we approached our busiest time of year, there was a slight delay in the manufacturing process, which we consistently communicated to you. We had initially scheduled an installation date for December, but our bank needed to investigate the source of your deposit transactions, requiring us to pause manufacturing and postpone the installation.
We understand your frustration at the delay, and we sincerely apologize. The change in supplier and the bank investigation were factors beyond our control, which unfortunately impacted the timeline. However, we are pleased to inform you that your order, including the bespoke 10-meter patio door, is now complete and awaiting installation.
We will be in touch in the new year to schedule the installation at your convenience. Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to finalizing this project with you.

The reason I did not leave a review…
The reason I did not leave a review early is because I wanted to see how the Windows are when there was humidity and cold outside. I would recomend them to everyone. Fast service, no fixing up the corners and zero damage after installed. I am very pleased with them. Excellent price for triple glazed as well.

Fantastic service from start to…
Fantastic service from start to finish!! Imran’s consultation was detailed and ensured all our concerns were addressed. The surveyor’s visit was also really good, finding solutions to issues. Installers were personable and did a very good job finishing in a timely fashion. Since installation we’ve been very happy with the windows and can notice the difference to the old blown out windows.

Father and son team came and fitted…
Father and son team came and fitted five windows, polite, friendly and professional throughout and cleaned up after themselves so well you couldn’t tell they had been apart from the lovely new windows. Would definitely recommend.

Dreadful regretful experience
Leaving 1 star because I had to in order to leave this review. Buyer beware. Don’t be charmed like I was by this father and son act. Deposit paid July. November still waiting with huge holes in my roof covered in tarp, bifolds that don’t work, incorrect products turning up and being told it’s my problem. Other items not turning up at all. So far 8 windows, doors or skylights all needed re installation. Some more than twice. Still issues which company are refusing to acknowledge. Director yelled at my builder and separately at me for their mess ups. Locks not working. Doors not opening smoothly. Products designed so that even Khalsons damaged the doors showing how to use them. Complete mess! Now seeking legal action. You have been warned! Run a mile.
EDIT in light of Kharlsons Response:-
I sent an email only this morning (23/11/24) again beseeching Kharlsons to honour their contract and commitments. I have read their response to me and their responses to other unhappy customers. They all sound the same. Khalsons trying to justify the unjustifiable by blaming homeowners that have seen their homes ruined by a combination of bad installations, incorrect product ordering, inferior products and atrocious customer service. Shame on you Khalsons shame!

It is unfortunate to see a 1-star review from you regarding the work carried out by Khalsons. Let me address the specific issues you have raised:
Regarding the tarp covering the hole in your roof, this is due to the fact that the Velux window you originally ordered has not yet been installed. You had initially requested the standard Velux window, but later opted for a larger one, which required Khalsons to open up the roof further. The new, larger Velux has been ordered and is currently being manufactured, which is the cause of the delay in fitting it. In the meantime, Khalsons has taken precautions to properly cover the opening in your roof.
As for the bi-fold doors not working, our installers have provided video evidence showing that they are functioning smoothly.
Regarding the incorrect French door product that was initially delivered, we can confirm this issue was rectified, and the correct door was reinstalled within 7 days of the problem being identified.
Your claim that some items were not delivered at all is incorrect. All items specified in the contract have been delivered and installed by Khalsons.
There are still some outstanding works to be completed to our satisfaction, but unfortunately, all communication with you has been severed, leaving us at a standstill in resolving these remaining issues.
It is disappointing that it has come to this, as Khalsons takes great pride in delivering high-quality work and customer satisfaction. We would welcome the opportunity to speak with you again to resolve the outstanding matters and complete the project to your satisfaction.
I must address your comments, as they are, in our view, incorrect. Khalsons has installed everything correctly, as per our agreed contract, and the products are of good quality.
We remain committed to resolving this issue and completing the project to your satisfaction. Please feel free to get in touch with us to move forward.
