Kia stockport

Where to start well they were quick to make me sign the contract and hand over £5000 deposit I purchased the kia sportage which is a lovely car however they told me things were free but when I read .y contract I was charged for fuel and mats and insurance of some sort all of which was in the deal.
Within 4 weeks of buying the car there were 2 faults one being the brakes the other exhaust blockage it took several emails and phone calls even a trip to Stockport were I purchased the vehicle to get the car sorted. It took nearly 2 months to get this issue fixed after cancelling the first scheduled pickup on that very morning which cost me a day off work.car came back scratched to which they had to come back and take away though this time they did pick up the car from my workplace and got a courtesy car. Very nice car but very poor customer service kia stockport.

Kia has the worse customer service

Kia has the worse customer service, please be careful when you buy a car from them never to buy any insurance
Of any kind because they subcontracted their insurance to other insurance companies who don’t help in any way, it is a nightmare.

Avoid DCH Kia of Temecula - BAIT & SWITCH

I must give one star as I cannot give zero stars.

Just got back from Temecula Kia. We were SO excited to custom order our first Kia after WEEKS of intensive research.

We worked with Dennis, and he had a great personality as a salesperson. Friendly. Polite. Helpful.

We had him build our Kia Carnival, with several options: wheel locks, mud guards, auto-dimming rear-view mirror & tow hitch.

Dennis totaled everything, and we were all ready to make our deposit, but Dennis had to run the purchase by his manager. We waited upwards of 10 minutes for Dennis to return from his manager. But wait! What happened to our purchase price? EVERY option was inflated - even locking lug nuts went up from $75 to $180!

The additional charges for the options we selected and were quoted added an additional $1000 to our already configured sticker! We were not looking for any discounts or asking for any 'deals', and we were ready to buy based on Dennis' quote. Instead, this manager wanted to pad the sticker with another $1000 to line his own pockets! And again, this was AFTER our quote was completed by Dennis pending manager approval. The manager performed a classic, illegal 'Bait and Switch'!

I asked the manager about lug nuts as an example, a low labor item. He was charging an extra $105 to install at the dealership. The manager said he pays some crazy high labor rate to his service employees and said all the options we wanted had to be installed by his dealership or, to my disbelief, he said I could install them myself. What? He followed up that insane comment by also saying we did not have to buy the options at all.

It became apparent this manager wanted to keep his service department busy by insisting the options we wanted from the factory HAD to be installed at his dealership. Or I could play mechanic and 'do it myself'.

When we tried to ask for a full explanation, he simply said "Well, I don't have to sell you a car!".

At that point, both the price and the personalities at Temecula Kia were not a fit for us. We do not have to buy a car from him either! We walked out.

I am learning the sticker price at Kia goes to the manufacturer, and a Kia dealership makes their profits not from the sale of the car, but for the years of service to come. It is up to the Kia dealerships to install the options at the dealership (not factory, not port of entry) and charge crazy markups to make their immediate profit from the sale of the vehicle without waiting for warranties to expire so they can start collecting service dollars.

Buyer beware of Temecula KIA! Bait, inflate & switch!

Disabled Steer Well Clear!!

Checked the official Kia website for the price of the advance Payment needed and off I went to the Kia dealership to sign for the car. Upon arrival I was informed the official Kia website figures were wrong and their own website Lloyds Kia Carlisle was also wrong. Before Kia say it's a dealership issue ITS NOT it's the false pricing on your website so you are also responsible. The garage and Kia have both refused to honour the price stated on both websites and want another £1000 which we don't have. A disgusting way to treat Mobility Customers, with decisions being made for profit rather what is right and fair. An especial badge of shame to a Paul Frost, head of the Kia Dealership in Carlisle
as you are the person who could of sorted this issue but chose to do nothing!!!. So to summarise if your disabled or otherwise stay well clear of these people, driven by profit, shame on you we are talking about disabled customers, not disabled friendly whatsoever!!

Mike brewer motors I bought car for…

Mike brewer motors I bought car for them after 10 months cars broken down. It’s almost 6 months now still no news when they’re gonna give it was two months in Sheffield garage Kia Pentagon after two months they said turbo issue because they didn’t fix two months time. I thought they have a laugh with me, I took car Huddersfield Kia garage and almost 4 months now and they saying I need new engine but we don’t know when they’re gonna fix the car. My issues I bought from Mike Motor. They direct me to Kia. They shouldn’t sell Kia cars every two garage when I went , the first things they said you didn’t bolt car from us so this gives me feelings who buys cars they should go to the direct to the dealers when I call Mike Moto all day do they advise me just wait. They’re not really bothering obviously you’re paying finance plus insurance plus tax plus you rented car which is the car you don’t drive the finance company Blackhorse they take their money every month. The company sold the car. They have their money Kia sold their car so the person buying the car suffering, they are not really bothering. The problem is at the moment. We don’t know when they’re gonna fix the car when I took the car to Huddersfield care garage they said turbo issue after two months they fit the turbo and they said something else now they saying Engin problem , when they fit the new engine, there is no guarantee. They can give the car back because they might say something else and there is no time limit for the fixing my understanding they will fix the car in seven years time finance company they’re gonna collect their money because they said you don’t drive the car you will pay the finance , that’s why I bought it for myself today nearly 6 months paying the rental car cost me too much and if I know when they’re gonna fix the car, I wouldn’t buy a car now I’m paying the finance the car I don’t drive. I never ever recommend people to go to buy a car from finance , black horse specially second I wouldn’t recommend anybody to go buy car from somebody else. Make sure you go in the dealer and make sure you’re reading lots of reviews about the cars you’re buying and make sure reading lots of reviews from the car you buying and then customer service biggest and an important things till I get my car back. I’m gonna write review every day every time much as I can. I need to shout the people much as I can. I hurt mentally economically that’s why I’m gonna write the review much as I can.

Absolutley terrible

Absolutley terrible. Had an annual service in January 2024, we were told we need an "airbag control unit" and it would not pass MOT without it, so car cannot be used. I was told the part would be in a couple of days. Over a week later, with no communciation from the garage I called, but they couldn't answer my questions as my mechanic was off sick. Another week later I contacted them again as no communciation only to be told the part wouldn't be avaialable until 28th of March, but no vehicle would be porvided in the meantime and no other option given. So I had to find my own way around at addiitonal expense. Emailed back closer to the 28th of March to get it booked in only to be told the date had been moved to the 21st of May, but they didn't think to notify me. Again no other option given other than, wait. 21st of May comes round and I call to get the car booked in as no communciation to say otherwise, this time to be told "we don't know when the part will be ready" and still nothing you can do. Spoke with Kia Head Office only to get the same, "tough", standardised reply, as if talking to a robot and you will have to wait, still no car offered as a temporary solution or any other option other than one that would cost me a great deal of additional funds. Asked to speak with a manager, they said they would call back in 2-3 days, over 2 weeks later, still no return call. Absolutely atrocious customer sevruce, ridiculous situation and no care or thought for someone who has work to go to and a family to transport around. It is interesting after reading all the reviews saying my case is not a one off. Stay away from Kia.

Awful Kia

If I could give a zero I would.
My daughter found out her Kia Picanto didn't have an airbag. Took it to the dealership on 3rd January. It's now 21st May, it's still there. They've been waiting for the part, don't update us and agree for a new job and now needs a car. Ridiculous and they are no help at all.

Stick to the rules or pay the price.

When the steering column on my seven year old Picanto went, I was hopeful that Kia would contribute to the replacement cost - £1500 plus labour. Initially they contacted the dealership where the car had been taken but as soon as they discovered that the rules of servicing had not been strictly adhered to, they would offer no help. This is in spite of the fact that the steering column is expected to last for many years and would not be part of a normal service. My advice? Stick religiously to servicing rules because Kia will use any infringement to avoid taking responsibility.

Dealership in Shawnee Mission Kansas

Dealership in Shawnee Mission Kansas. Lies, lies and more lies. No surprise though. Bought a car, yes, it’s nice. Bought extended warranties that they straight up lied about what was covered. Tried to reason after the fact and they pretty much ghosted me. Shawnee Mission Kansas. DO NOT buy a vehicle from them. Buyer beware. Lesson totally learned.

Kia Niro 2018 the steering locked while…f

Kia Niro 2018 the steering locked while driving luckily I had just moved off and was only doing about 10MPH I contacted Kia to make use of their much vaunted 7 year warranty to be told that the nearest dealers Arnold Clark in Aberdeen and Gillanders in Peterhead are booked up till June it is now April 8th so I am without transportation to work etc in a rural area with a spartan bus service I was also informed in the unlikely event of a cancellation becoming available before June I would have to deliver the car with no steering to the dealership as they would not recover it,Kia did suggest I hired a car while mine was off the road they may or may not reimburse me apparently they do this on a case by case basis so that would be 29 quid a day up the spout till June so if you are thinking of buying a Kia don’t do it for the warranty what use is a warranty if you can’t use it when you need it.Dreadful service more than happy to sell you a car they will bend over backwards to do so then leave you in the lurch when there’s a problem

This Company Rips off their own Employees

This company is one of the most dishonest companies pertaining to its employees I have ever come into contact with. I personal sold aprox. 200 New vehicles for Kia Motors over the course of 2022. All Dealer brands offer a small-nominal-incentive for their employees for their efforts fighting on the front lines for the organization.

Kia did not pay me one single penny as a bonus, even after breaking records, missing games, loosing relationships, leaving family functions and sacrificing my own health for their overall wealth.

Of course they made every excuse in the book on why I was not eligible, yet all of which had nothing to do with me. Not to mention, another Top Tier Salesman did not receive one penny either after he sold aprox. 24 more units than I.

Truly, I have never had one bad dealer review, not one bad Google review, never an angry, disgusted or disgruntled customer…yet I was not eligible. As the CEO sits on his golden throne eating a bon bon reading the times every Sunday morning. The sad, most sickening part is I fought for this brand more than for my own family over the course of 2022…

I put in blood, sweat and tears for this miserable excuse at a Semi/American brand. Multiple times… I literally Talked people off the ledge! Calmed people down from my home at 10pm…when they were ready to commit suicide after their vehicle was broken into… yet again.

This company should be absolutely ashamed of themselves for treating me, one of the top reps in the company, that has since quit…like a fourth grader on time out.

Not to mention Hyundai is just as dishonest and literally stole my Dealer Money and actually made me pay taxes on it! Yes they charged me and billed me a 1099 and quite literally never paid me a nickel. I even purchased a vehicle from them, properly paid it off…and they left the account open for TWO YEARS.

Actually two accounts. They made the mistake to say I owned two of their vehicles? I called multiple times and got treated like a 400 credit score with 10 repossessions, yet again. WOW these guys are good right. I am an 800 credit score and still got treated like I just stole something, this brand is so very attractive aren’t they! Talk about the New Tellurides. This is a story for another day, yet I can indefinitely tell you get the outline.

If you have any belief in the right thing,
if you have any heart,
if you retain any courage…stand up for what’s right and quit doing business with a company that cares less about humans and more about dollar signs.

Avoid Kia and Hyundai at ALL Costs! If they treated one of their best employees this way, someone with a professionally educated background, one whom always rolled out the best educational knowhow and patient aptitude with every customer… from all over the country I might add…Even flying in to purchase vehicles from me…

Just imagine…Just imagine my friends and fellow citizens what they think of you! I just have an inkling… just a minor prediction…you are nothing more than Another Piece of Garbage in their waste bin. They don’t even care enough about their own employees to TOSS US in the recycle bin. This only remains as the highest probability from my personal prospectus being the grossly mistreated employee… abused by this Multi Billion Dollar Corperate Giant.

Kia you should be absolutely ashamed of yourself. I even sold family members your new vehicles when I worked for the brand. Removing them from ‘’high quality vehicles’’ like Toyotas and Hondas for your pitiful replacement options.

This is how you pay me back. Thank you so very much. I am so grateful to use my Total Concious effort to ensure I educate and inform every individual out there on how LITTLE you care about your Employees and Customers alike.

I hope you have an exceptional year ripping people off and lying to their faces. :)

Kia Niro HEV best car I've ever had!

Bought a 2022 Kia Niro HEV in July 2023, new shape, mid range level trim. Best car I've ever had over 40 years! Even better than my previous Lexus. Fully loaded, does 65 mpg on a long run and upto 60 mpg in town in summer! It looks smart and so easy to drive. Very reliable car. I would recommend it to anyone.

Buy the Kia car service online which is a lot cheaper than the dealership will charge. If you can't buy it online ring their broker who will arrange it immediately. I saved a fortune.

Showing the big boys hows its done

Not the usual make of car for me, after a break from the German saloons, I opted for the kia stinger. Fun car, lots noise and looks like a old fashioned ridiculous muscle car. Few problems here and there but the kia customer service is far beyond anything I received from vw, bmw or mercs. Fantastic car brand

Very, very poor customer service

Very very poor customer service. Answers to emails are as enigmatic as the awful handbook for my 2023 Niro PHEV. I have been corresponding with their central team. Today I called the service department of a local dealer with a technical question, which the agent didn't really answer. I also asked what an annual service would cost and was left hanging on the phone without an answer. Absolutely abysmal!
