If it all goes well it's fine but if it doesn't and you need to deal with customer services it's an appalling service. My parcel was shipped promptly, no apparent attempt at delivery was made then 4 months later after numerous calls the parcel was found back in New York undelivered. Shopatron then advised if the parcel was still required that the postage must be repaid with no guarantee of delivery on the second attempt. I asked them to advise about recorded delivery but over 6 weeks later no response has been received.
