Kickr Games announced on short notice that they were exiting my state and required players to use or redeem coins by September 14. The minimum redemption for a gift card is $50, and I had $49.88. Since I was blocked from buying more coins or collecting daily login bonuses, I contacted customer service to ask for an exception. They never responded. Very poor communication and zero consideration for players. I would give this casino zero stars if I could.

Highest redemption minimum at $150. Not a fan, game selection not bad. However you can find same games at other site with easier redemption.

They removed the slots from my account, essentially banning me without banning me.

I have had nothing but a terrific time with this casino. It's super easy to log into and grab my free daily play funds. I love the games and they seem very fair. I've cashed out already and couldn't get the gift card to load - but it was promptly resolved. Awesome customer service!

these guys are frauds.. i win a measly $200 and they all sudden deem im no longer kyc approved and verified. ive noticed alot of these fake sweeps casino are now starting to pull this do whatever we want card that they snuck into their rules...well whoever is suing count me in...they need to pay for misleading and preying on unsuspecting customers.

well updated now they say they want tk help me resolve this issue? but their emails made it clear their decision was final and i was ass out. to be real honest this hit hard for me because im sitting here wit heart failure...literally on my death bed..any minute any day and to have nothing better to do cause well nobody cares and so i kill my time playing silly games and well im winning only to have them throw some bs and not pay..im dying so kiss my ass and let other innocent players and customers hear this truth so nobody has to deal with dirty businesses like you guys. im not hiding because Ive done no wrong..username Tubday...

I’ve played through hundreds of dollars and haven’t been able to make a single redemption on this site. They also don’t have my favorite slot game Sugar Rush, which is annoying. Overall I can’t seem to win here and this is one of the only online casinos I haven’t been able to withdraw from.

It's been a year since I mailed in the postcard required to recieve free Kickr bucks, but have not recieved anything. It's becoming all too common for these sweepstakes casinos to not honor promotions they advertise, costing players time and money. They need to be held accountable.

Worst casino ever. I played at Chumba and won $500 a week , I never played more than $20. But my state got rid of it. Someone said try kicker. So I’ve played 10 times and spent about $150 total. Every single time my money was gone in 5 minute. They suck! They won’t even let me play 1/2 their games…they don’t work, screen goes black. I mean geez give me a 1/2 hour of play for $20. Don’t bother playing!!

Don't even bother. 20 Bonus games in a row that paid less than 2 dollars.

Super low win rates. Not only that the changes of you getting $200 to redeem, is another super low chance stacked against you. No other casinos have it that high.

I really used to enjoy playing on this site. They have a good day you login bonus but for last week all of my games have disappeared and I don’t understand why I reached out to customer service have not gotten a response back and it still says my state, which is Pennsylvania is still allowed to play there so I just don’t understand what is going on and I’m hoping I can get some answers here.

Was a little skeptical but redeemed 500$ in about 5 buisness days. Pleasant site no problems.

No bonus after 700 spins on 4 different games they won't let you cash out never play here go to another one that is more creditable. This one is a straight up scam.

Update 3: Finally got my money. Took around 5 days. Insane when so many places pay out instantly. Done playing here for now.

Update 2: won more again and submitted a redemption request. It’s taking longer this time than when they needed to verify all my info. It’s ridiculous. I’ve been verified and have already received a payout. I’m not sure why it’s taking so long. Other places make it happen so fast. I’m on day 2 or 3 now of waiting for it to be processed. Not to mention waiting for it to get to my bank account. Said it could take 5-7 business days. That’s ridiculous. It should be super easy this time around, but it seems even worse. I’ll once again update if I ever receive my second payout.

Wanted to like this place, however my address changed and they are making it impossible to move forward to withdraw my money. They were helping me at one point and then completely disappeared. Sent another message, and that is being ignored. I have sent proof of my address with 5 different documents, but they still aren’t changing in on their end. I still have one bank account with my old address, so I requested for them to let me re-enter my bank info, but nobody has responded yet. This is ridiculous. I’ve not had a problem anywhere else with this. I will update this review if I ever get my money.

Update: Changed to 4 stars. While it was frustrating trying to get verified with a new address (I noticed others had a hard time being verified for other reasons too), I am now verified and received my money in a very timely manner (once verified). If customer service, who had been working with me, hadn’t just disappeared on me - I wouldn’t have given such a bad review to begin with. But this has been resolved, and I did get my money. Cheers!
