I requested a withdrawal of $150 and waited for 3 to 5 days and I have not heard anything back. They asked me to verify and I sent them a mail, but I have not received any response. So will I get my money?

Took over 400 spins to get a lousy ass feature. So sick over this site.

I have been playing Kickr games for about 6 months. I was buying packages and sending requests for free sweeps coins. all was well for about 3 months, then even though I continued requesting free Sweeps Coins, they stopped sending them to me. I always followed the rules and even sent a request for customer support. I received a pat response, we are busy, keep trying, make sure you are following the rules, be patient... Too bad, it was fun for a while.

I was very excited while playing and loved all the games, but unfortunately when trying to redeem it wouldn’t let me . I assumed it’s because my bank verification failed due to my statement not having the account number like it asked. But after trying to contact support I’ve had no luck. It really sucks that there isn’t a live chat option or phone number to call

Edit: although it took hours, I finally got a response and was able to verify my bank. I made my redemption (after playing back almost 400$ lol) and we will see when the money arrives.

Stay away from KICKR. when I first started playing I won 400 dollars but it was no way to get my money through redemption. No skrill and none of my bank accounts matched their methods. So I was forced to play out everything I won. Then months later I asked for a complimentary Sc coin and they deleted my account just for asking which is crazy. They suck. I would suggest LEGENDZ OR Rolling RICHES

They have a great selection of games and I was able to win $200 yesterday and now Im waiting on it to come through. I know one thing, the verification was the easiest I've ever done.

Won a bunch off free play and lost a bunch thinking, no way they will cash out. Turns out they would have. I ended up getting a cash out of $200. Before being dumb though I had won over $2000. Haha. Regardless, any casino that pays out (even though they are not super quick to do so) is great in my book. Also super easy verification process too!!!

I played a $10 feature buy on Three Pigs of Olympus and won $17.80. The money didn't get awarded to my balance. Thank God I was recording. I sent a screenshot of it to Kickr support. Colin K Rattler responded to me and asked for my play ID-to which I responded by copying the last 3 reference ID's shown in my balance. He said "I have investigated the round IDs that you have provided, and I can confidently assure you that that round has closed and paid out correctly."

Unbelievable. These people just straight up lied and won't pay out. If I could attach photos on here I would.

Okay everybody. WARNING/SCAMMERS/KICKR.

I use to love kickr. Until one day I made a 75$ door dash gift card redemption. Which I had done before no problem. This time my account was suspended. Email told me they where doing a source of funds check. And assured me that after I completed it my Suspension would be lifted. And funds would be safe til then. So they wanted they wanted 3 consecutive paycheck stubs. And a bank statement that had to show proof of direct deposit from my employer. Or most recent w-2/ and or 1099s Well my employer don't do D.D. and I found a couple pay stubs but not most recent 3. And I get paid by-weekly.
So I had to wait a month and a half. So I did that and download last year's tax forms. So I sent them. Finally my account was unlocked. well get on there and balance was 0$ transaction said the gift card was cancelled and rejected. So I messaged support and. They sent me email. Saying bucks expire and can't be replaced after 30 days. Pretty much no matter the situation. And there not liable. I e-mailed back and said so pretty much you can ask for a source of funds check from anyone at anytime. To steal there money. Then when they complete the process not reimburse them but continue taking there money. That bulshit if you ask me.

Easy to use and to verify havent won big yet but im due..

Not much experience using this platform but I can say, the little time ive used it beyond surpasses my expectation. Good quality, bunch of options, easy to navigate website, and fun to use. But so far so good keep it up

This site is dope, I’ve won multiple times over 200$ from the free daily and have won giveaways of 5$ and met requirements to redeem.
Good casino and good games and not glitchy.
I do have a downer though and that’s the 200$ redeem minimum, but I believe they have changed that now to 150$ or so.

Easiest verification ever. SUPERFAST PAYOUT... 1st win of $150+ was late Saturday night. Funds arrived in my account (ACH Direct Deposit) by Monday p.m.

Good selection of providers and games. Redemption process is a little much but works, and recently lowered the threshold to $150 down from $200. Haven't gotten the huge 1000x+ type of win yet but seems somewhat consistent. I've run thousands through this site and I'm down maybe $50?

At first me and kickr had a rough start after the problem was resolved. I’ve had no problems since. I’m actually enjoying playing more on kicker than CrownCoins. Just like everyone else when you put money into play you’re wanting to win I’m not winning huge but at least I’m recovering some of my money which creates a balance. I recommend Kickr not knocking CrownCoins but it seems to be geared more towards people with deeper pockets than I have .

They do anything in their power not to verify you(after winning of course). First it was a website malfunction.
Got through that.
Then the documents weren't correct.
Got through that.
Then I had to wait... And... Wait and wait.
Until I gave up and just told them I'd write a review.

Awful customer service and they won't pay out. Avoid.
