It’s so easy to get hold of their customer assistant. They respond very fast and they’re very empathetic.
My parcel got stuck at the local Royal Mail office (the worst RM office ever) and they just sent another one for next day delivery. Although it was stuck again, the agent contacted Royal Mail right away and fortunately I got the second parcel within 48 hours.
Anyway, 100% recommend and I’ll definitely buy from them again.
