Excellent shoes and customer service!
It’s so easy to get hold of their customer assistant. They respond very fast and they’re very empathetic.
My parcel got stuck at the local Royal Mail office (the worst RM office ever) and they just sent another one for next day delivery. Although it was stuck again, the agent contacted Royal Mail right away and fortunately I got the second parcel within 48 hours.
Anyway, 100% recommend and I’ll definitely buy from them again.

Great but…
Unfortunately I was unable to keep the trainers as they were too small for my daughter however, they were sent promptly and packaged well. I would just say, only 4* as no return label included and I had to pay postage but, other than that, great!

Nike trainers
Bought a pair of Nike trainers for my daughter they fell apart after a few wks of her wearing them very disappointing as genuine would not do this. Very good communication though and quick replies returned them and got a full refund.
