I ordered 1-22-2026 I received the wrong. The 1-800 number is a scam number No replies to your problem. I've had no response what so ever. I see more than 65 percent of negative feed back regarding orders, customer service, timely response, in my case no response since 1/22/2026 Trying to support a sister that I have lost respect for. God has a way of bringing people down. You shall reap what you sow. I'm so disappointed in her lack of servicing people who try and support her. How selfish.

Its been almost a month and I haven't received my order...customer service sucks...they don't respond back...even keshia don't respond on her live platforms...she talking about getting ready for the summer and can't even get your stuff to get ready for...I try to help black own business but they never do right...this crazy...ill never order again

I am writing to express my concern…

I am writing to express my concern regarding my recent experience with your company.

I have found the lack of communication to be very disrespectful. You frequently conduct live videos on several social media platforms; however, you do not respond to customers through those same platforms. I also attempted to contact your company by email and phone. The phone number listed, (800) 403-2219, has even been reported as a scam, and I have not received a response to my calls or emails.

Additionally, two items that I purchased were never sent. I also relied on the sizing guidance you provided on social media when placing my order. Despite purchasing larger sizes than what you recommended, the items still did not fit.

My goal was simply to exchange the items for the correct size and receive the two items that were not included with my order. Unfortunately, I have not received any assistance or response regarding this matter.

This is not an appropriate way to conduct business. As someone who also lives in Georgia, I am disappointed by this experience and concerned about how other customers may be treated. Experiences like this make it difficult for people who genuinely want to support Black-owned businesses.

Paid for a 26 weeks subscription and…

Paid for a 26 weeks subscription and only viewed the network once or twice then they locked me out every time I call to get access to it with no response be aware of this company and the 800 number that I call says that it’s likely a scam. This is sad. I will not be ordering anything else from KKWK or joining her network any longer. People beware the love of money is the route to all evil.

They decided to change the pricing per month from $12.99 a month to a whopping $79.99 a month. I kept trying to login but couldn't. I reached out to several members and they stated as of October 14th they cutoff everyone with no prior notification. The drastic increase is high and most people will be leaving due to the unprofessionalism of doing a big increase with no notice. This isn't how you conduct business or the best way to keep your clients.

I would give zero stars if I could

I would give zero stars if I could. I am very disappointed with my experience ordering from Kick Weight with Keisha. It took a month just to receive half of my order, and it was only shipped after I received an email asking me to leave a review, even though I hadn’t received anything yet. After that, I got another email saying my order was being checked on, but then there was no follow-up.
I had to reach out through the website, and eventually received another message saying my order was split in two and the rest would be shipped soon. When the first package finally arrived after a month, it said I had received everything, but that wasn’t true. I then got another request to leave a review.
It also seems that only 5-star reviews are allowed to be posted, which is concerning. The items are from China and have a strong smell. For the price, I do not think they are worth it. I cannot recommend this company, and I will not be ordering again. I am unfollowing and sharing my honest experience so others can make an informed decision.

I ordered from kick weight with Keisha…

I ordered from kickweight with Keisha in June, after one of her TikTok challenges. My first complaint is the amount of time it took for them to respond to an email about the status of my order because it took forever to get it - over 2 weeks! My second complaint is they sent the wrong sizes for that shipment and when I emailed them again, the response was unsurprisingly VERY unprofessional. My third complaint is I ordered three items at the same time, but did not get the last item until over 3 weeks later!!! How do you have a challenge and you tell someone they’re going to lose weight quickly and they need the products to help them get in the shape, but you take forever to send them what you’re asking them to order, then when the person send an email to check on the status of the order, they get no response. And THEN when you finally get your order, it’s the wrong size and not all there. And THEN, you don’t get the complete order until almost a month later! I will never order from here again! There are many places that sell the same products that she sells. Maybe they don’t know this. it is easy to get a customer, but it’s not that easy to keep one.

I placed a order for 2 Columbian FaJa…

I placed a order for 2 Columbian FaJa tummy control shapers in February in 1-2 months I received 1shaper and then in 2 or months I received the other one except it was a different one from what I had ordered. I then put it back w the package and wrote return to sender and put it back in the mail box and it was picked up by the mail person. I have been trying to reach out about the what is going on to know avail. Last time I tracked it it said intransit. I would like my money returned or the item I ordered. Actually I feel like for my inconvenience I should received both it been 6 months. No one will respond to my complaints nor get in touch with me about this matter. This is unreal they had no problem getting the funds from my credit card . I also mailed letters and pictures to the address below with no response

Received a used dirty shaper

The customer service is terrible. I ordered a body shaper based on the sizing on the website and went up one size. I received it and it didn't fit. I sent customer service an email, and they said I can exchange for a bigger size. I sent it back, and it took forever to receive a new one almost a month. When I received the new one, it was used and disgusting and the same size I returned. They never exchanged it for the new size. The one I sent back was brand new. I just tried it on one time and placed it back in the packaging. I emailed customer service to let them know I received a used shaper. They responded and stated my return was rejected. I said, "Absolutely not. You returned a used dirty shaper to me that belongs to someone else. I spent $80 and asked for my money back. I have yet to get a response. Beware of this company they have horrible customer service and will do anything not to exchange or refund your money back.

Worst customer service even after a bad review

I am updating my review. It is July 8 and I still have not heard back from the company after I left numerous voice mails and emails. I finally received my package on July 6. I would give a zero if it was possible for the worst customer service I have ever experienced with any company. To be fair I have to say I am impressed by the quality of the shape wear. I also have to say the sizing chart is very helpful and accurate. I have noticed that the sales are very good and they seem to have them often. I am giving a four star review because of the frustration with customer service. The product could easily be rated higher than five. If customer service is what you are looking for you will not find it here. If you are looking for great quality shape wear I highly recommend them at least for the two pieces that I purchased.

Losing the extra weight

Losing the extra weight, I am able to move around better, more flexible, stopped snoring and my blood pressure went back to normal. overall it is the best product ever.

I have ordered 2 of her Shapewear

I have ordered 2 of her Shapewear. I tell you it is worth the money. The full Body Shaper Compression is the bomb.com it will hold you in. I am going to order my 3rd one. I recommend you try it you will come back.
