Angry customer

I completed and order on 12/25/23 I haven’t received any product no response to chat or email no contact with a person when you call with this is poor customer service. I get plenty of advertisement emails though

CHARGED BUT NO ORDER RECEIVED!

Ordered 3 items weeks ago on 12/8/23. My card has been charged and I received an email that order was fulfilled and paid for on 12/11/23 and that the shipment label was created for UPS. I have been checking it as the email states for an update on the shipment, but all it keeps saying is same thing, "label created", no information. Also checked the postal service tracking id it shows on the order info, and it says it is "waiting to receive the package"! I've sent numerous emails requesting information on my order with NO RESPONSE!!! Next, I will be calling their 1-800 number on the site, but I'm sure there will be no answer or get a run around. 3rd step is to contact my credit card company and have them deal with this and the BBB and then I will see what legal steps to take to get a refund or my product! I understand that this is the holiday, but to completely ignore my inquiries and concerns is unacceptable if this is a legitimate company. I even went on her contact "live" communication, that states "they respond immediately!!!" Guess what, NOTHING, NADA, NO RESPONSE!! I've been watching her videos for months, and finally decided to order. Sucker me I guess!!!! I saw a few other reviews on here that state the same scenario, "order not received" "label created, no other shipping info"; no response to contact!!! I WANT MY ITEMS OR I WANT MY REFUND NOW!!! I'll update later, after I see if there is any response.
