SCAM. Don’t fall for it.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. They pretend to be a UK company (.co.uk) but they are not. They are a Spanish-based scam site that sends out the occasional item to gain good reviews or write their own reviews. They are 100% dishonest and have carried out illegal transactions on people's credit cards by taking further payments for goods not ordered. Their website is deliberately constructed to make it almost impossible to contact them. If you ring the phone number you will be informed that not enough credit exists in the contact's number to process the call. Email is pointless. If you don't believe any of this, take a tour of the whole site before you press 'confirm order'.
TO REPEAT, THIS IS A SCAM. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR GOODS, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND AND YOUR CARD IS AT FURTHER RISK OF FRAUDULENT TRANSACTIONS. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

I would rate this service as a zero if …

I would rate this service as a zero if I could. I ordered a Christmas present for my son and delivery date was between 12th-18th dec but never arrived. I contacted them (with great difficulty) to ask where my order was as Christmas was only in a couple of days and if it wasn’t going to arrive that I’d like a refund. I got no explanation and no apology, just a ‘you will get a refund’. I still haven’t got my refund and contacted them again to which I got a ‘we had a problem with our payment platform. You will get it in the next days’. Sooo frustrating, worst service I think I have ever used!

No contact number and my hoover board didnt work - ruined my daughters xmas

No contact number and my hoover board took 3 weeks to get to me with minimum contact or notifying me what was happening. When my daughter got it and opened it up on Xmas day it was the wrong colour I ordered and didn't work!! Then I read on their website that its 14 day return policy.... how can we return within 14 days if it is evidently a xmas present.

I ordered a children’s horse stable …

I ordered a children’s horse stable from this website as Argos and all the normal stores I would buy from had sold out. It cost me 94.00 .. after I had done it, I became concerned as my money was taken immediately and the status of my order stayed at processing for 2 weeks. I then read all the terrible reviews and almost resigned myself that I had been scammed . I sent an email to Kidits through their contact us link and received an automated email back stating it was out of stock. Then I received an email from a person stating that my item had been despatched and giving me a link to follow my parcel. The link didn’t work. My parcel was due by 21st December and didn’t arrive . However today it arrived one day late, exactly what I ordered. So happy . Just thought I would let you all know that kidits don’t let everyone down.

Good delivery service & good quality product

After reading all the bad reviews on here I had to post about my recent good experience. I ordered a Project MC2 science kit (from the Netflix show) from the Spanish warehouse on Sat 25 Nov & received it by courier in Ireland on Fri 1 Dec, i.e., within 5 working days. I received an order confirmation email with package tracking link on Mon 27 Nov so was able to track the package all week. This item was something very specific my daughter wanted for Christmas-it was sold out everywhere local & on the more well known sites like Amazon or eBay or if other sites had it they couldn't guarantee delivery before Christmas.So I decided to go with Kidits. And I'm glad I did now. I didn't get worried until a friend was looking for the same item and I googled Kidit reviews before recommending (as I hadn't received my package at the time).As soon as the package arrived I recommended the site to my friend. This is only a 4 star review due to the worry that week before the package arrived, otherwise it would have been 5 stars. I'm delighted I received what my daughter wanted in time for Christmas. Hello everybody

Hello everybody, I feel like I need to share my experience with kidits and I hope to help some of you out. I ordered a gift (tricycle) from kidits for my nephew a week ago. My first option was to order it online from a site in my country (as it was not available in any store here), but they were out of stock. Then I found it on amazon and wanted to order it from there but I was a little scared about the shipping cost, so when I came across kidits page I was super excited because they had it in stock + the price was great, I even used some code to get even more discount. I remember wondering and questioning the origin of this company but as I couldn't find it, I was just like I want to order it now & get finally over with it, the price is great and the page seems legit. But oh boy, my happiness drifted away just a few moments after I purchased it when I wrote kidsits in google again and came across this forum and some other pages with the worst reviews and angry people who didn't receive the product or they received just some parts of it, some never got their money back etc. I started researching and reading every single thing about kidits, I even contacted a woman (buyer) from their facebook page and asked her if she received the product (she answered me that she received just some parts of it and is still waiting for her money to be refunded). So considering all this I started to believe it was a scam (their facebook page is really fishy too-just a few likes on each posts, some people complaining about never receiving the product etc). That night I had one of the worst headaches in my life and felt so stressed out, I did not know what to do, especially because my dad paid and even though I knew that it wouldn't be my fault if it really was a scam, it was quite a lot of money. But on the other hand I received my confirmation email and emails about the delivery each day so I could track it, so I really didn't know what to think. Everyone told me to wait (I wanted to order a new one from Amazon-just in case this really was a scam) and today (one week later) I received the package, I opened it and it seems legit. In conclusion-if i didn't read the reviews, I would say it's an excellent company, I could track the product everyday and I got it just in one week, considering it's from Spain. I think if they have a product in stock, you receive it, but if they don't, there can be some complications & as from what I read here they don't want to return your money, unless you paid with paypal. So my experience with them was great, but i wouldn't wish this stress on anyone-that is why 4 stars.

Awful !!

Awful !!! I ordered and paid for a doll for my little girl. What I received was nothing like what was pictured. No contact number and no response to help, returning was too costly and in the end would have paid over $40.00 NZD for nothing but fresh air and a bad mood. Kiwis stay away from Kidits !!!

Excellent!!
After I ordered - I read the Trustpilot comments. I got SO scared that the Company was a scam. So I mailed the company and asked my questions. They answered me shortly after and my package was allready on the Way to Denmark 2 days after. I ordered saturday- today its Thueday and my package arrived. I reccomand this Company to everyone!!

Late, stressful, not worth it …

I thought I’d share my mum’s experience after reading the reviews. She ordered a Playmobil item which she couldn’t get anywhere else for my nephew’s birthday. Unfortunately it didn’t arrive in time for his party so she had to rush out and buy him something else last minute. She only googled the company after it didn’t arrive by the advised date and worried when she saw all the negative reviews. That evening she received an email to say it had been dispatched but the tracking information didn’t work. So she worried some more. I contacted them via their website and surprisingly they replied a few hours later, repeating that it had been dispatched. It did finally arrive, over a week late but she did receive it. Looking at the reviews I’d say it’s probably not worth risking ordering from them. It’s a stressful experience, but at least my mum got her item.

Do you not use Kidits!!! Its a scam!!! We placed an order BEI-212489 for my daughter 's birthday in Aug and it still has not arrived! they have taken the money and not delivered the goods! this is a disgrace! they don't reply to costumer service emails and they don't give us our money back! I am going to take this up legally!! its a scam!

Kidits take yr money £118(¥28,898.00) in my case and don't deliver any goods or answear my emails for a refund completely fraudulent don't use them !!I ordered a product on April 20. I still have not received a refund or a prize.

Refuse to respond to me

Such bad customer care! I sent a product back and they have refused to respond to my emails asking for my money back. They were brilliant in organising the product to be returned but then completely ignored my requests for the money back. Even after getting their attention on FaceBook, they ignored me again. 2 months and no money back. Their phone line must be fake because it goes to voicemail every time. Avoid this company!

Appalling company. Avoid at all costs!

Took money for the item straight away. I received an automated email me to say the item was out of stock. It has been almost a month now and they still haven't refunded me. They ignore all your emails. All you get is an automated response. Appalling company, none existent customer service. Do not order anything from this company!
