Do not buy from this company! Fraud & misconducf
had my money taken and no goods delivered. Ignored when requesting a refund & tried to take another £20 from my card unauthorised. Had to go through my credit card company and PayPal to try and get my £300 back. Absolutely disgusting and should be ceased from trading.

attractive prices but terrible service and delivery
I ordered over 230GBP of presents (mainly a big LEGO set that was cheaper than elsewhere) for my son 10th birthday on the 13 of March for his birthday on the 31 of March. The estimate delivery date I got on my order confirmation was 29 of March which I found worrying as the website was announcing much shorter delivery time. I did contact the company after tracking several times online the status of my order that wasn't moving. That was the 29 of March and after calling the company and sending email, I got the answer that one of the 5 items ordered was not available, which was holding the rest of the delivery, I confirmed I was in a hurry to get the rest of the items and agreed to cancel the minor present. They shipped the rest of the order 48 hours later, and therefore I missed my son birthday. Had I not contacted the company to inquire about my order, I would still be waiting. This is appalling customer service and delivery. The site is not clearly stating the delivery time to UK, avoid them it is not worth the savings.

Didn't have my item in stock after me chasing for a month. Then they offered me 3% off for another colour and when I said no they stopped emailing me! I don't think I will see my refund or my item.

Don't Fall For The Discounts
AVOID this company at all costs. A google search for a Cybex car seat brought this company up as one offering the best deals with additional discount for signing up to a newsletter.
We ordered at the beginning of March, a few days later we received an email saying our item was unavailable but we could have it in a different colour immediately and with an extra 5% off for inconvenience. We accepted, they took a payment but we still haven't got a car seat. We were then promised delivery by 28th March...no seat. I cancelled the order yesterday. Who knows when the refund will appear!

Yes, they have lovely stuff on their website. Shame they dont make much of an effort once you put your order in and they got your money!
Customer service is non existent, no reply to multiple emails. No phone number to co tact them. I ended up opening a dispute via paypal and got my money back, still, no reply or email to apologise.
In the end i paid a little more elsewhere but got my stuff!
Dont use this site is my recommendation.
