I bought a Funtime quad bed for my grandchildren. The delivery men came and put it up in 45 minutes. They were very professional. The bed is fabulous it is sturdy,fun and they all love it. I would recommend this product.

Good bed bit over priced but I guess you get what you pay for only time will tell . Looks nice though . Postage far to much even just to buy 1 mattress the postage is £60

Not happy at all over the phone when they need payment they are nice but after that really bad behaviour from them, not answering the calls, they delivered the wrong item if you complain they start arguing and not answering the call waiting for order from last 2 month when arrived the wrong item, incompetent, salesmanship,

Great bunk bed, really well made and easy to put together. Love the stairs and the mattresses are so comfortable.

Best bed ever! My children love it and even ask to go to bed. The bed is well made and very sturdy. I absolutely love the carpeted stairs. It was well worth the wait!

Excellent from start to finish after a bad experience I went with this company based on previous reviews so glad I did the order system was quick and easy and the bed is fabulous the team put it together in around 35 mins all Covid safe I’d 100% recommend this company my son loves his bed

I had heard and seen good reviews about kids Funtime beds and after lots of looking into different bunk beds decided to go with them.
All I can say is wow! The bed is such good quality but their service is impeccable even when things go wrong! Few small issues on the bed when it was delivered but they dealt with it in such an efficient and professional way and everything was fixed and resolved very quickly. I would most certainly order from them again and definitely recommend. My children are in love with their new bed!

The bunk beds are great and excellent quality. However I am really disappointed with issues I had with delivery. The delivery guys arrived with the bed put it in the garage for me and left. A few hours later I received a phone call with another delivery time obviously confused as I had already received my bed to be told there was things missing from the first delivery. I don't understand why the first delivery men didn't tell me this as we had started to dismantle both my sons beds which we had to put back together as we couldn't now have the bunk beds build in time for them going to bed. The next night our sons beds were dismantled again and started building the bunk beds only to find there was cam locks missing. My husband had to travel over 30 miles to pick them up from a shop. I think after waiting 8 weeks for a bed, paying over £500 for it and receiving 2 deliveries you could at least make sure everything is there and if its not advise your delivery men to be honest about it.

Very happy with the quality of the bed and the quality of the service from Kidsfuntimebeds. The kids also love their new bed, and it saves space. I chose them based on a recommendation from a friend, and I would recommend them myself.

Customer service is fantastic. I had lots of questions before ordering which were answered very quickly and so friendly and helpful. We had some slight damage to the bed which customer service were again fast and very helpful to resolve.

Would definitely recommend and order from again.

Brian and the team have been amazing, they helped with order issues and had brilliant communication with prompt response. The bed set we purchased is fantastic quality and we wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them in the future.
They have even sorted a cracked bed slat for us sending a replacement in the post. The customer service is ubove and beyond they really are gems. Thankyou
