I wish I could give no stars

I wish I could give no stars! I have yet to receive my items after 34 days and it shows delivered! They won’t answer emails or chats!! Runnnn and far! Do not order from this site! It is a total rip off

If I could give this Business a zero I…

If I could give this Business a zero I would I placed an order it took three months. My order never came. It showed that it delivered. There was no picture to prove it. when I got in touch with Customer Service because of a time difference, their response was not satisfactory. They said they would re-ship I agreed for them to re-ship and the second time my order still did not come and then when I wanted a refund , they told me they can only give me 75%. I said when you took the money, it wasn’t 75%. I paid you. I paid you 100% of the money and you deducted it out less than 24 hours so I want 100% of my refund in less than 24 hours the same exact way you took it then I was told or informed it would take 15 to 20 days to process a refund. I would not recommend ever ordering from this company. I never got to see the quality feel the quality nor did I receive any package from them even after two attempts, I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. Snapchat needs to remove them immediately from their platform.

Kikilook very bad

Kikilook very bad, if you got money to give without receiving your merchandise this is the company for you, is all I’m saying!!!

They will go back and forth with you in email and will still never send item or refund you any money like they say they will.

Never again

Was waiting for the order for two months. Came in parts. One of the items (paid) was not delivered. They also refused me in change of size or returning of the unfitting other item (and it is violation of EU consumer rights law). I wrote many e-mails asking for reimbursement of the money for the item that was paid by me and undelivered, but customer service just completely stopped responding to me and never reimbursed. Quality is very poor, materials are very thin and synthetic. Dead after two laundries. Never again.

Something's changed

I've been ordering from this company for a few years and they've always been helpful, speedy and I liked the products. This time, I think they just took my money and ghosted me. Luckily I had my credit card company reimburse me. It just goes to show, any company or person can be corrupted at any time. As a long-time customer/supporter I'm extremely disappointed. Shame on them.

Bogus

I ordered a product on 6/19. 7/1 product hadn't been even shipped yet. Cancelled the order and it was confirmed they would refund within 3-5 days. It's now 7/17 and no refund. Emailed them twice for status. Crickets. Went to my credit card company to deal with them. I wouldn't buy from them - beware.

Takes ridiculissly long before they…

Takes unnecessary long before they send your order; 1 or 2 weeks for in house processing and then the shipment is send from the warehouse so in Total ????? Still waiting .....

Received the package after 13 days .
"in house" processing took 8 days
the real shipment 7 days
time to improve ?

Ghosted despite their own policy

Their website explicitly states to contact them for change of size returns, and mentioned that you must pay for shipping.

I emailed them politely asking to arrange this and pay the shipping, and got a reply that same day saying this was against their returns policy.

Of course I replied with a link to and quote from their own website, hoping this was a mistake. Now, after two weeks and three more emails, I still have not received a response.

Obviously, given the extremely prompt initial reply, I am very concerned. To simply ignore such appeals to their own policy is highly unethical business practice.

Buyer beware

BEWARE!! Even though their FAQ claim that you can return an item within 30 days, that is a LIE. Pants are not true to size, based on their own size chart. Even though the pants looked as pictured, the sizing is way off. The pants are much larger than the sizing chart describes. The quality and material is fine, so I was content with simply exchanging for a smaller size. I contacted customer service the same day I received my order but they refused to exchange the pants for a smaller size. I was even willing to pay any return shipping or restocking fees. I emailed 3 more times but they never responded. Will never buy from this company again.

False advertisement

I ordered 3 pieces, 2 of them were advertised as 27% cotton, I received 95% polyester products. Tried talking to costumer support to no avail. Awful experience.
