They declined my request to return or swap the order, citing theie policy that "all orders are final". However, the size of the item received significantly differed from the size indicated on their chart.
I would like to suggest that everyone should be cautious when ordering from Kikillo, as it seems that customer service is not a priority, and satisfaction may not be a concern at all.

Bad quality fabric, cheaply made quality-- didn't fit even with size chart assistance.

all seemed fine at first glance, but it became a horrible experience. the website mentions return is possible if there is an issue with the item, but customer service responds 1 standard (and very dismissive) response then never again. seems they don't care for customer satisfaction, only about money. scammers all the way. don't recommend at all!

The quality of the sweatshirt is not what I expected. It fits fine but the seams are really tight and it's difficult to put on and take off. Since the designs are printed on Printful garments, I guess that's the reason of not having proper quality assessment. I'd wish the design was printed on better quality clothing

The quality of the “sweatshirt” I bought was absolutely terrible - falsely advertised as a sweatshirt material but what arrived was a really cheap sort of plastic feeling thing. The fit was also not as advertised and doesn’t even look like a sweatshirt when worn.

The owner of the company should be absolutely ashamed of themselves swindling people in times like this, good luck getting anything from customer service as “all sales are final” - wouldn’t be surprised if it was a virtual assistant auto-firing responses. Money down the drain but lesson learned I guess.

Products are not accurately described. Materials are low quality and pieces overpriced relative to quality.

Absolutely inferior quality. Looks and feels like a cheap plastic carnival piece. Caution: you have no option to return the goods. I only get a standard reply that the item was supposedly made just for me, which is absolute nonsense. They just want to protect themselves. Further emails remain unanswered by the service department.

I'm a returning customer after 4 happy years with one of their pullovers. It's been one of my favorites and dozens of folks have complimented it. I figured I'd see what Kikillo has added since my last purchase and ordered three more! They're all of excellent quality, the graphics are sharp, the inside is soft, material is lightweight, and the sizing chart is accurate.
One thing to note is that the material is not stretchy. I am personally okay with that, but if you want a baggier, less fitted sweater, I'd size up.

Fast shipping. Pants are low quality but the print is good. Unfortunately looks like it will come out in a few washes. Also wayyyy too overpriced for quality. Would not buy again :/

Love the creative vision behind the brand. This is entirely my fault because they do advertise the gsm and I didn't check before buying, just hope the start manufacturing with heavier shirts.

All products were delivered in a timely manner and as described. The size determining feature was also very helpful!

I wasn't very impressed with the phone case I ordered. It's very thin plastic, and the design was far more vibrant in real life than online. It also took significantly longer to ship than expected as it came from the US, so now I have to pay duties on top of everything. Definitely won't order from here again.

Here’s an update for you too: A month and half later my phone case is already broken.
