I tried to cancel my order and they refused saying that it had already shipped even though their own website said it hadn't even been processed yet. I tried to follow up with them and got no response. I got an email that it shipped weeks later but it was too late because I had moved. Still haven't gotten a response from them.

They have by far the BEST CUSTOMER service of life. My situation was so complicated and they were able to resolve it. Thank you.

Great label for fashion pieces at smaller prices. I had no issues with the return process at all. Quite the opposite. Rossi Barbarossa who was my point of contact was great and really helpful. This isn’t a standard returns process, but it works and also you have direct contact with an actual person.

This is a gem of a boutique filled with amazing fun dresses and net skirts. I have worked as a stylist for 20 years and found the staff to be charming and helpful. Product is excellent and reasonably priced. It is my new go to find.Fabulous dressing up clothes..Bella

I bought two dresses after checking that the website said it would cover return charges. However, when I tried to return it, my request didn't go through (and with the peculiarly slim 15-day returns window, I didn't want to risk not being able to return the item because they drag out the request). I emailed them and they told me to call a mobile number - the person told me to text them the details, and I did, but when I tried to confirm that they would cover return charges, only then did they say it only applies to exchanges or faulty items. Their website is, therefore, deception (I have screenshots). Then when I told the person I was checking that the company wouldn't cover charges, he became agitated about my "confusion" and said he won't deal with my request anymore, and told me to talk to the company myself. They eventually said that return charges aren't covered, and I had to get back to the middleman myself, who then called me twice and called me "tiring" and laughed at my expense, then hung up on me. I feel incredibly disrespected and will never shop from them again. The dresses looked great but are made for skinny girls only, and also didn't come with the underlaying shorts. Also, the discount code on their website is always there, even though they tell new customers it's a temporary offer.

I’ve been very disappointed with a lot of these online fashion brands lately but was not disappointed with the shipping speed and quality of my winter dresses! Will be a returning customer <3

I do not recommend this shop. I sent my order back more than a month ago. I didn’t receive my money back nor any replies to my emails!

They sent my shipment to the wrong country! How can you do such a mistake? And when I sent them email they didn’t answer!!! Still waiting!

Not made for the Danish weather, as it rains into the "house" so sawdust and chickens get wet - and mock cold

I saw items from this company in an US shop and wanted to try them out without ordering from US. In the first place I was really insecure about ordering there as they do only accept credit card payment. But I gave it a try and ordered 2 dresses for about 120€. I was very satisfied and ordered immediatly again.

Shipping: super fast shipping to Austria (2 workdays from order) by DHL express. No extra import fees were charged

Quality: ok. Items look exactly like on the homepage. The quality is according to the price. Everything I got was made in Turkey (the company is also located in Istanbul)

Sizing: euopean sizing but on the smaller side. I wear XS-S and ordered S. The items I got were def. XS

Costumer Service: very good. Return is free, they reply very quickly (I ordered twice now and the second time they needed 2 mails to reply. I wanted to get a return sticker to send one item back and got it immediatly).
