I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE HAD SUCH A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE FROM A COMPANY AND ITS CUSTOMER-FACING AGENT. I am a brand new customer. This business refuses to take returns, issue refunds, treat customers with respect nor make things right. BEWARE. I ACCIDENTALLY bought 3 months of preventative serum but wanted the treatment-prevention pair. I did not know I was making a mistake. The woman who took my call in customer service right away was very assertive in telling me I made a mistake, it was my fault, I refuse to take responsibility, and I am accountable. Their web site design is confusing and is as much at fault, which is their only means of sales. I am completely disgusted by how I was treated. I will not be buying from them.

A+ For Service and Product
When I have had questions for KilgourMD, they have been answered immediately and the team has been so warm and friendly! I am only 1.5 bottles into treatment and so I don't have any new hair growth yet, but my hair is suuuper soft and fuller than it has been in a very long time. I have MAST cell issues (histamine intolerance) and my scalp has been dark pink and so sensitive for years now. Not dry, but burning and itching. It is now a normal color and the sensitivity is gone. So clearly my scalp is so much happier and healthier! All I need now is to see those new baby hairs growing!

Really helped with hairloss

Customer Service was exceptional! I inquired about ingredients due to an allergy I have. Christiana was knowledgeable, very quick to respond, and very kind. My questions were not common and she took the time to give me thorough answers. I am going to try this product, now. Feedback should be provided to the delivery service you use not to mark something as delivered when it is not. It's a waste for the customer's time to track it and customer service's time to respond. It's also a poor business model.

I really like the product
I really like the product. It does not make my hair greasy. I also see new growth and definitely less shedding. It did take three months to see the positive change. I also appreciate the prompt response from customer service when I had a question about my subscription. They are very willing to work with their customers. So far, it has been a very positive experience. Worth the money

It does rub right into your scalp
I haven’t been on the product long enough to make a true review of the actual product. The treatment serum and preventative serum are very easy to apply and absorb into the scalp. No greasy look until day three of using them, as I don’t wash often. The shampoo and conditioner are very nice to use and made my hair look fantastic even in the humid weather of Florida. I will write another review once I start to note lessening of hair loss and some growth.

I ordered both the shampoo and conditioner, and I have to say, they are extremely overpriced. While I had high hopes for addressing my thinning hair, the results were disappointing. The bottles are small, and after just one use, my hair ended up a bright orange. The texture felt like cardboard, which is unacceptable.
