Turns silver hair orange or yellow/ No refund unless you apply exactly 90-97 days from receipt of product!

I'm sorry I didn't know when I ordered this that it is likely to cause silver, gray, white and light blonde hair to turn ORANGE or YELLOW. That is a deal breaker for me! When I called to immediately return my unused bottles I was told I could not apply for a refund until July 30th. ( My serums arrived today Mar 30 and I called today March 30) Not only that but at that point July 30th, there was only a 1 WEEK window to apply for that refund ( by July 7th). I think these business practices are clearly designed to take advantage of the consumer.

Your feedback on clearer upfront communication is important and taken seriously.

On the refund timing, we’d like to clarify: our 90-day money-back guarantee is designed to allow a full evaluation period, which is why refunds are processed after that timeframe. However, the window to request a refund is not intended to feel restrictive or confusing, and we appreciate you highlighting how this was explained to you — it should always be clear and straightforward.

I ordered the product to try months ago…

I ordered the product to try months ago with no effects noted. I couldn't afford it, and somehow I received another box of the product. I had to email the helpdesk to cancel the subscription since there was no option to cancel on my own on the website. When I asked to return the box they told me I wasn't eligible because I didn't purchase the more expesive bundles. I will never use or buy it again. Buyer beware.

Shared my email address with other Shopify merchants

I signed up for their newsletter using a personalized email address I only use for Kilgour. Nobody else has access to it. Everything was fine until about 6 months later when I got a marketing email from a company called IQ Bar. In the "to" field was the email address I gave to Kilgour. I was baffled how IQ Bar got this email address so I did some digging and read on Kilgour's Privacy Policy page which states they share their customer's email information with Shopify which also shares it with other Shopify merchants. The night before this incident occurred I was browsing the IQ Bar website (also hosted with Shopify), but I did not enter my email address anywhere on their site, did not sign up for their newsletter or place an order. There is no reason for IQ Bar to have my contact information, especially an email address I only shared with Kilgour. Apparently Shopify shared my email address with IQ Bar after browsing their site. Kind of sleazy if you ask me. I never placed an order with Kilgour or used their product. I was going to but after this incident I do not trust my personal information to a company that does this.

Disappointed

The product smelled wonderful, but unfortunately, it just didn’t work on the Ozempic hair loss even after three months of consistent use.

Disappointing Results

Kilgour Purchase

USPS text my Kilgour package had been delivered. I did not find it. I wrote customer service the next day. Drixsey from Kilgore reached out the same day to get information to send another shipment; no questions asked. I couldn’t believe it. I hadn’t been treated so well in many, many years. Excellent. Also, her use of the English language was perfect which is unusual these days too.

I didn’t actually buy any product but…

I didn’t actually buy any product but asked a question about whether or not the product may help me. Instead of answering with “ Yes of course it will help you” they advocated a more measured approach to wait and see how my other medical issues turn out first. I really admire that they were not just about the sale but seemed genuinely interested in resolution of my symptoms.

Definitely Worth a Try

My experience has been very positive with Kilgour MD. I started using the two serums a couple of months ago and although I don't see radiantly thicker hair yet, I can see some tiny hairs growing in areas that were very sparse before. My only issue has been with staining and the customer service people at Kilgour MD have answered my inquiry, providing me with helpful suggestions.
