They were very quick in their response and even though I made the mistake they fixed it for me. This product is working on the spot I’m focusing on and I will continue to use this product going forward!

Good product and excellent customer service

The hair serums (Treatment and Prevention) have worked for me. I am seeing increased thickening of my hair and the thinning in the middle of my hair and edges is filling in. The bottles last a long time for me since I am only using in the 3-4 areas that have been thinning and not on my entire scalp area. I will purchase again when I run out. Customer service is very responsive if you have questions or need to make changes to your order!

Even though we did not need the product…

Even though we did not need the product (my son just has a bad case of cradle cap because he does not maintain his hair in college), this is a product I would purchase if he ever did start to thin. I like the story behind the product.

I accidentally duplicated my first…

I accidentally duplicated my first order. Their support team was so helpful. Stopped the order before it ran through full processing and became an even bigger headache. They were incredibly helpful and made it so easy to get sorted out and resolved. I really appreciate a business that has that level of customer service. Its rare to find now a days. Cant wait to actually get the product.

Terrible, OVERPOWERING scent!! Just awful!

I have had the product a month now. I am not sure if it is working. I used it daily at first, but the scent is so overpowering--it is AWFUL!! I tried to use it overnight for my first application. I do NOT recommend trying to sleep with it!! When you're laying on a pillow, it's all you can smell and it gets into the pillowcase/pillow/bedding. It's TERRIBLE! So, I use it in the morning or evening and try to leave it on for 4-6 hours before I take a shower. The scent does not go away or lessen when it dries. If you sit with your head against the back of a chair, use a towel so it doesn't get into the chair. At night, I rinse it out of my hair if I'm not going to take a shower. I do NOT sleep with it. As far as effectivity...it seems like I may be shedding less, I'm not sure. I haven't really seen new growth yet. I strongly request they make an unscented version. It is SO BAD!!! I have a poor sense of smell--and it kills me. Some days, I just can't do it. It seemed so promising! I bought 3 months worth. So, I'll keep using it and see if it shows any improvement.

I was very interested in this product…

I was very interested in this product to reduce my hair loss in my sixties. I used it for a 3 month period and did not have a noticeable improvement. I let KilgourMD know that I would be discontinuing my enrollment and requested a refund. I could not have had a better result with their customer response and appreciate that they honored the guarantee. DO NOT HESITATE to give the product a try. Everyone is different and it may be a good result for you.

It’s pricey but it does work!

It’s pricey but I love the product and it works amazingly well!
I have plenty and needed to cancel my subscription. It was very easily done!

Worst Customer Service ever

This was the absolutely most frustrating experience with customer care I have ever experienced. I canceled my first order in February, and the subscription before the first order was sent out. I thought I was done. Yesterday I received a notification that this month’s order was sent out and I was billed. When I tried to explain the order was canceled in February as well as the subscription,. They told me I canceled after the order was sent out. I think the Customer Service is just bots because their reading comprehension does not exist. Very frustrating, they obviously don’t stand by their product, and just want people’s money.

Great customer service experience

Great customer service experience! It took a few back and forth emails to get a full refund but once they reviewed my request more closely they quickly completed refund. I really wanted this product to work and it made my hair feel thicker after use but i did not really see a lot of new hir growth.
