Took money straightaway from my account after two weeks for waiting on my order I emailed asking where it was I never even received a email confirmation looking at the reviews here I think it’s the same for everyone. I am now waiting on my refund . Don’t bother ordering .

Good morning, another week has passed, still no sign of the sweets.
Last Monday, you was sending to Evri (next day) Evri was going to be in touch, and the delivery should be 2-3 days (Thu or Fri).
I've had no notification from Evri what so ever, which doesn't surprise me, they are one of the worst couriers around.

If you look online you'll find loads of other people going through the same experience.

Do NOT recommend. I ordered sweets in mid November for Xmas and they didn’t arrive. I contacted them and was told my address wasn’t right so I sent it again and waited. Please note: the address was NOT incorrect! Then, I didn’t receive anything, again. They said, when contacted that the courier must’ve mislaid the item. They said they’d send again. Never came so I requested a refund. Said they’d refund. A month later and no refund. Chased again and they said it would take 3-5 days and when I reminded them it’s been a month and an issue for nearly 3 months - they finally refunded.
Absolutely awful experience. Would t recommend and would never use again!!

Never received my order. No dispatch notification or anything but they took the money straight away. I had to constantly email them to try and get my money back. Even after they said they had issued a refund it still took over a week for the money to reach my bank.

Please do NOT order from this company! Original item not received, offered a replacement but that never arrived and neither have I received a refund. Stopped replying to my emails so now I have had to escalate this to Trading Standards and start a Chargeback with my bank as Killer Candy have failed to send me my order or give me a full refund. They said they are changing courier companies but that isn’t the problem, the problem is with them not sending out the goods, not giving you tracking numbers of your parcels and not giving refunds!! Please do not be scammed by this company. I have given them 3 weeks to rectify this but they have failed to do anything and I am so disappointed I fell for there excuses and lies

I ordered 2 items on the 4th of December I emailed them and they finally found my order, it took a while but I recieved one of two items on the 16th December and they said the second one wasn't in stock until after christmas I am still waiting *update almost 2 months later I recieved a refund for the item

This company is a scam. Please avoid purchasing to avoid loosing money. I ordered chocolate which I didn't get. They offered a refund or resend. I requested to resend. They didn't resend. Later, they stopped responding and didn't refund at all. It's a scam. I am not sure whether these types of companies need to be reported to the police.

I made the mistake of opting for the 'ready made' pick and mix bags. 3 x 1 kilo bags of rubbish sweets, poor selection in both the vegan and non-vegan choices. The non vegan bag was a quarter full of those huge, disgusting false teeth things...all of those went in the bin.
The sweets weren't terrible but the selection was. I don't think I'd buy again but, if you do, make your own selection
