Crap company

Please avoid this company like the plague, they don’t deliver what you ask, then pretend to send real ones, then lie to say they are the ones you’ve asked for, and so ask for refund and 1 week later I’m still waiting for it.. ordered the sweets in feb 2025!!!

Still waiting for response from sent emails

I have waited for an order and response from emails no response I now waiting for an order that was over 2weeks ago!
I have asked for a refund no response
I will not recommend to order as poor customer service and no refund as up to now!

I have had an order for over a month…

I have had an order for over a month for multiple items and I have not recieved my items and the company refuses to respond to emails

Never Again

Placed an order for 2 items.. they arrived. Both items wrong. Contacted them. Said they would send out the correct items. 1 week went by. Nothing. 18 emails later, they collected the wrong parcel. Still not received my original order. Was meant to be for a birthday present.
Ordered on the 13th of February. Finally Recieved today on the 6th of March.
Quality of the sweets are good. But a nightmare of a company to deal with

Not surprised they're rated 2 and a half stars. I bought some Scotch Tablet a few weeks ago and when I opened the packet it smelt like cheese when it's going off and tasted the same aswell. I contacted them and the women who replied kept being sarcastic and finally after a week she said I could have a refund if I sent it back. I already told her previous to that I suffer bad from anxiety so when I said I don't want to have to send it back she did say she'd have it collected as she didn't believe it was bad. I literally threw it away and had to take it out of my outside bin after numerous emails back and forth, I thought I'd prove her wrong but the thought of having to listen out for a delivery driver put me off sending it back. Shocking customer service and product and she said no company would send a refund without getting the product back which is a lie

Thank you for your purchase and review. If somebody leave us a negative review I would usually apologise if our level of service has fallen below that to be expected but on this occasion I do not think that it has.

We sent out the Scottish Tablet that you ordered (and complained about) and when you complained we tested the rest of the batch and it tasted great to us - it has a very long best before date of 12 months.

All of our sweets are sent out in high quality, airtight pouches so it could not have been spoiled during transit and you did not report that it was opened or damaged in any way.

We wanted the product to be returned to us so that we could taste it too see if there was anything wrong with it. We offered to do this at our expense; we even booked a courier and had them bring a label as you said you did not have a printer but you refused to allow us to do this.

We tried our best to work with you and assist you but your refused to allow us to do so.

I ordered sweets from this company a month ago. Freya did reply to say package was lost and would resend. It was promised that Royal Mail would be delivering in a couple of days. Still no item.

I previously wrote a bad review for…

I previously wrote a bad review for this company as the order was wrong and no replacement arrived. Although the customer service was very responsive. I have waited over a month for this to be rectified. Today I finally got my replacement that made me very happy. Thank you rectifying the problem.

If I could score 0 I would, what an absolute nightmare of a company.

Ordered early January for a birthday present for them not to arrive, when emailing the company they told me they had been lost and would send a replacement, a full week had passed and still nothing, emailed again to be told they had run out of some of the sweets I had picked and order was coming next day, when they got the sweets in they would send next day, 13 days later still nothing! Save your time, money and go elsewhere.

I would like to tell you all. Just how much l love these Suger Free Chews. They are so morrish l simply cannot stop eating them. Please if you love Spearmint. These are the ones for you. It was my 1st purchase from Killer Candy. I must say. They gave my regular updates. Plus prompt delivery. I certainly will be buy these Spearmint Chews. They are Gorgeous in fact my brothet is hooked on my Sweets. He is older then me and ssaid. He used go buy these. But had not seen them since. SO KILLER CANDY TO ME IS A REALLY GREAT COMPANY WITH EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION.
