Had an issue with a machine I bought
Had an issue with a machine I bought, it started rattling and rather than wait for the issue to get worse I returned it for replacement or refund so I could buy another of the same item, the only reason I’m giving this four stars is that they kept me running round in circles, “the box was damaged” (it was damaged when I received it) and “the instruction manual had carbon on it” (of course it did, I’m a tattooist and that stuff gets everywhere)
Anyway, a couple of calls to Caitlin and she had sorted my issue and issued a refund, thanks so much for helping me out there Caitlin, you’re a star 🌟

I've been ordering from Killer Ink regularly for a while now and they've never disappointed! Super fast delivery and great products. package sent, using UPS - that is mistake 1, as UPS is a bad shipping company.
Package gets lost - because it is UPS
Killerink does not help retrieving package
Killerink is not easy to contact
Killerink does not reply to mails or questions.
So I paid and have no parcel.

Delivery Issues Resolved
We experienced a problem with the delivery of our order and gave Killer Ink a call this morning. Caitlin answered and sorted the issue within the hour, she was extremely helpful and understanding of the situation. We are very thankful for the amazing customer service.

Great customer service …
I had a faulty cable that comes with the machine and emailed to see if they knew what size or where I can purchase another, I couldn't find one anywhere! They emailed back and sorted the issue out, went above what I had expected.
I have had lots of great stuff ordered from here and the delivery is crazy fast

Had an issue with goods received
Had an issue with goods received, called customer services and was asked to send a video and pictures showing the issue. "Tiziano" who took my call got back to me maybe an hour later confirming he had received the email and was happy to arrange replacements to be sent out immediately, which I am due to receive Monday. I honestly belive i got lucky and got the right man to handle this, Tiziano was extremely polite, apologetic and showed great empathy. He understood how frustrating it was and by the end of our call I had calmed down a lot. Faith restored! Please look after Tiziano he is a great credit to your team.

Great customer service
I called this morning as I was having trouble with applying a coupon code to my order
I spoke to Caitlin who was super helpful, she was able to do it for me on her end and get my order shipped out for me all over the phone
And followed up with a lovely email to assure me it’s all gone through
You are able to reach the team at killer ink super quick over the phone and aren’t left waiting in a queue. Always very friendly and polite

Amazing service from Tiziano
Amazing service from Tiziano ! Dealt with my parcel issue promptly and effectively. Needless to say the replaced my missing items and went one further by offering me store credit too as a gesture of good will.
Love killer Ink and Tiziano was so so helpful and my issue was resolved super quick.
Highly recommend this company it was my first order through killer Ink as I used to order through another company and I just had horrible experience after horrible experience with 'said' "other company". But absolute world class service and experience with Tiziano and Killer Ink. Definitely my new go to store for supplies.
