I ordered the Ivy harness in size XS-M (I’m S/8), and it was too small. I returned it to exchange for a larger size, but the return wasn’t free. When I received the new harness, it arrived damaged, the paint of the buckles was scratched. On top of that, it was too big this time.

I absolutely love Killstar! The designs and quality are brilliant. The sizing can me a little hit and miss sometimes but its easy to exchange for the correct size.

Very cute and good quality plushies. Delivery can be a little erratic but normally reaches me within 5 days of ordering

Ive been ordering from Killstar for well over 10 years, i've spent well over £8,000, the last time I counted. Ive bought various items but over the last few years its been a steady decline, in quality, prices, choice of products, sizing and originality. My orders have gone from weekly, to monthly, to yearly. Ive reordered products a year or so later to find the quality incredibly poor, prints wearing off after one wash! Including some gorgeous velvet striped men's trousers that after one wash came off all over the place. They went from looking high class goth to poor grunge style but with rubbish quality! So many of the items arr thin and easily break. Pottery based items ive gotten have glaze missing all over them and when its black and you can see the white on it, it really stands out. They used to do great offers and deals but rarely see them but random churned out 20% off on already over priced items. No consistency with sizing and you'll get some things in a range of sizes and then others just going up to XL. They've done basic drops that look like something from primark but with high price tags. Communication is rubbish as well. We used to have a facebook page dedicated to discussing drops and products but it got closed for lack of posts and support of the company. Its so disappointing how far its fallen.

Killstar have the most amazing clothes. I alway get comments from strangers that live my outfits.
There has been one occasion with a faulty pair of boots which were replaced immediately. Very good customer service and items.

Killstar have always been the best at what they do and they just keep on getting better and better, they are my absolute all time favourite lifestyle and clothing company, my little black heart is happy, very happy 🖤 if you like things that are a little on the dark side, Killstar is the place to go, I can't recommend them enough, every single thing I have bought from them , from clothing to homeware has been perfect, very very well made, and their clothing is so comfortable, pay them a visit, you want regret it

I've been wearing killstar for 15 years and it's still one of my favourite brands. Huge range of different designs and collaborations. Postage is always super fast and returns are dealt with 1uickly when needed

The prices are quite expensive for the quality of some of the items.
I have had some wonderful things from here and some disasterous ones too.
I also would like to know why all of the tops are always so short My belly is always out ! 😂
