At this point just buy from shein. They're definitely making the clothes in the same factory with zero quality control. Makes sense their sizes are all smaller than they should be because they're using Chinese standard sizes.

Quality clothing. I had a couple of different hick ups with my first 2 orders, I found dealing with customer service very easy and they are on the ball both issues were resolved quickly with a few options offered for my decision. I found another delivery was a little delayed this was at a very busy sale time of year. But taking in to account the generous sale discount on my order I didn't mind the delay and was very happy with my order and it hasn't put me off re ordering

I know killstar gets some hate but personally I have never had a problem, I've got homeware, underwear, clothing, shoes, accessories and bags and all have been amazing tbh! Love the discounts and loyalty scheme too!
