Darrell talked us through everything, also gave us time to look around the caravan before we made a decision.
A problem did occure with the battery locker door and couple of days before we where going to pick it up .This put us back a few days but it soon was sorted.

Bought a caravan and some issues came about,but they rose to the challenge and sorted everything. Thank you so much Matt, I highly recommend.

We had decided to go back to a caravan after a few years campervaning, we had heard good reports of Kimberley Caravans from friends and reviews on the internet. On the day we visited and was inspecting the caravans in our price range we bumped into Richard Euerby who asked if we need any help or advice, or even to be left alone to choose or decide if any caravan met our needs. We had already made our choice and Richard was more than happy to help. We explained due to age etc we were returning to caravanning after a number of years. Richard said he could help us start again so to speak with some important items that we needed to help us get back touring asap. We had to buy a tow-car so Richard deffered collection until we located a suitable car. Sadly we made an unfortunate decision on a particular car only to discover it needed major repair. No problem Richard organised a handover without the collection so we could be familiarized with all the electrical systems etc and gas plus safety. Richard was very thorough explaining in easy to understand language the various systems we had never used before. We organised another collection date as the dealership was very busy with new sales and needed the space. Richard is one of the most patient and friendly people you could ever wish to meet. Needless to say our new towcar needed many more repairs and would not be ready on time so we rang Richard to explain the situation and he sorted it again for us. Eventually we collected the caravan with my brothers car just so we could remove from the dealership, arranging with Richard to a 1 hour slot in his very busy Saturday of new collections. We arrived and reversed up to the caravan only to discover the car had the wrong adapter which we had purchased to attach the 13 pin caravan to our 7 pin tow bar. Richard was unperturbed and said he could sort it which he did. We hooked up doing a demonstration of safe coupling and uncoupling. After testing the lights all worked we thanked Richard for his patience and all the help he gave us, helping us to try and relax. So thank you to Richard and the staff of Kimberley Caravans for making our journey possible. We would have no hesitation in recommending Richard or Kimberley Caravans to anyone looking for excellent service.

Wanting to exchange our caravan, we had no hesitation returning to Nottingham Kimberley and once again had a very inspiring and enjoyable experience. Matthew had such an easy manner, answering all our questions and offering advice but without any sensation of pressuring us into a decision to purchase. The paperwork was completed quickly and when we arrived to pick up the new caravan, Matthew was waiting for us to complete the exchange. His methodical explanation of using the new, different features was easily followed and by the time we drove off we felt entirely confident that we knew the essentials. The other staff who dealt with us in the sales office and accessory store were also equally friendly and helpful.

Purchased a second-hand caravan from Kimberley caravans, Notts. A somewhat older van but very well presented. Richard talked me through all of the van, and I am very happy with it. Once paid for the van was booked in for a full check over by the dealership a week later. It needed a few things which I was advised off. Once it was ready, I was invited to collect at a "hand over" with Richard. This hand over is priceless as I am not used to caravans and Richard spent a good hour or so explaining, in detail, how various things in the van work. He fitted my number plate to the rear and off I drove. It certainly is everything promised, towed very well, and will bring me a level of comfort away from home.

Richard made the sale and handover easy as he became more of friend than someone trying a hard sell, we have yet to experience the after sales service but would assume it remains the same.

We collected our Coachman Lusso ll today from Matt, Jason & Jordon. I have to say Matt is exceptional he has a lovely gentle none-salesman way. His wealth of knowledge and understanding made the day a joy. Jordon did a great job on the paperwork and Jason the manager was calm and authoritative. Even the owner was moving caravans by hand and helping to make the day perfect. Thank you we left completely content in the knowledge you not only support on handover but future Aftersales support. 5 stars well deserved

I brought the van in for a quote to repair the damage to our caravan 30th Sept 2025 and duly received an estimate 11th Dec for £1,788.82 Including VAT. I was immediately suspicious as I was expecting a much larger quote so queried it 13th Dec but never received a reply, so I took the matter up with the insurance company and he rang me back I explained my concerns, and he was due to be in Nottingham the following day so he promised to call in.
He later contacted me to say that as I suspected the paintwork and scratches had been missed!! I subsequently received an additional quote for £5535 inc VAT plus graphics/decals
1st Quote £1788.82 Inc VAT
2nd Quote £5535 inc VAT plus graphics/decals
TOTAL £7323.82 inc VAT plus graphics/decals
I contacted Kimberley 2nd March to ascertain if the parts had arrived for the repairs to our van only to discover they hadn’t been ordered yet!!! Authorisation to commence with the work was given by the insurance assessor less the £500 to be paid by myself upon satisfactory inspection of the repair when I come to collect the van.
With a 12-week lead time for the parts and allowing for a week to carry out the repairs we’ll now lose 2weeks of our planned holiday.

we part exchanged our caravan for a used model. the whole process was excellent service from start to finish. the team there are extremely helpful, professional and friendly. I would thoroughly recommend using them for any stage of your caravanning experience!

After a really bad experience with another dealer back in January I was petrified of buying another caravan. Buying a new caravan had not been a pleasurable experience so far so I was distrustful from the outset. I need not have worried. I visited Kimberley a number of times to see a particular van and they accommodated an independent inspection I had arranged despite being super busy. There was no pressure to buy or make payment. Upon committing to buy the van arranging a collection date and making the outstanding payment was easy. On the day of collection Darrell did a thorough run through of everything with me and allowed me plenty of time to look over the van before making the final payment. I did not feel rushed at all and I asked an awful lot of questions. I hope he was able to have a bit of a lay down in another van afterwards. Darrell fitted my battery and gas bottle. Richard accommodated my request to swap the step which came with the van which I did not need for another item. I did not inform Kimberley that my caravan guy had noted that the gas strut from the front locker was missing but this had been replaced on collection. This gave me confidence that the van had been thoroughly checked over as promised. There was a a tiny piece of furniture tape missing from above a locker. I accept this is quite minor and probably wouldn’t bother most people but because it bothered me Darrell has arranged some replacement furniture tape to be ordered for me. Another example of Kimberley and in particular Darrell going above and beyond. I haven’t yet used my van but I am quietly confident if any problems arise that Kimberley will sort them.
Kimberley have restored my faith that there are still some honest genuine caravan dealers out there which was no easy feat from my starting position. I also discovered what a fantastic reasonably priced shop they have which seems to stock everything. I love my new van. I wouldn’t hesitate at this moment in time to buy from Kimberley again.
