It was a fairly good experience dealing with Kimberley caravans

Great service and experience
Slight lack of knowledge on our second hand motor and we had to sort out a faulty radio as they had no knowledge on the unit

never owned a campervan before so I knew nothing at all about the process. I found kimberley Nottingham branch on line I saw a van I really liked the look off. I rang and spoke to a chap called Matt he talked me through the process and how it all works i must be honest he made the process easy to understand. the whole system was made easy . big thank you to kimberley for there patience and understanding big thank you to Matt and andy customer support

The staff have been fantastic all the way through our journey. They were very knowledgeable and helpful putting us at ease and answering all our questions no matter how trivial. They were patient and understanding when we having difficulty with our car delaying collection.

Had quite a few caravans from Kimberly Nottingham branch over the years , always had good service. My latest caravan was picked up a few days ago , everything from initial sale to taking delivery went smoothly. On this occasion, I was somewhat incapacitated due to an arm injury. No problem, they kindly picked me up on collection day , towed my old caravan to Kimberly, did good hand over , then drove my new caravan home . Great service, thanks

Very good service but just looking for the wheel brace and jack which was not pointed out on handover is there one ?

We had a great experience when looking for a new caravan at Kimberley caravans nottingham branch. Daz was very helpful in helping us get the right caravan for what we wanted. The finance side of things was explained to us very well so we understood it too, everything went smoothly. Tim was very helpful too in the accessories shop helping us get a good deal on a new cadac bbq to go in the new caravan. On the handover daz did that showing us how things worked and what was where leaving nothing out being very thorough. Matt did the paperwork for the handover and he to was very helpful making the experience nice smooth and comfy. All in all a very big well done to all at Kimberley caravans from Mr and Mrs Frost from Derby.

We have brought our first caravan from here and Can not fault this caravan dealer they are truly 5* Jason the sales person was very knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy at all. We visited on a special sale bank holiday and we given a free starter pack worth over £500 plus a free awning that we won on the prize wheel !!
On hand over day we were given a very informative demonstration of our new caravan by a lovely guy call daz making the experience really special. Richard then carried out all the final admin duties with ease.
We were met by Jack who was delivering are new caravan he was also very friendly and gained all the information needed to deliver the caravan at our convenience.
The caravan was delivered on time and Jack was to be sure we were happy with our purchase.Throughout the whole process everyone made use feel like royalty . Nothing but compliments to all staff . Thank you !!! From a very happy customer.

Kimberley started so well, now never reply to my emails when I needed some information regarding a warranty claim for water ingress.
