Overall our trip was fantastic. What made it so easy was our agent Moonika. She was detailed, responsive, and most of all listened to what we wanted to achieve in our trip and then made it happen. The tours she organized for us were also great people and companies. The lodging and recommendations were perfect. All of her organizing made the trip successful, relaxing, and fun. We will be happy to work with her and the company again.

The trip was well planned and the Riad’s were fabulous. Way better than big international hotels and the people therewere so lovely. Our driver , Soufiane, is an excellent driver and handled the horrible roads and long days admirably.
Zara our guide in Fez, was terrific, we really enjoyed our day with her.
Glamping in the Sahara was a standout part of the trip, but after a 9 hr drive from Fez, we were put onto the camels and sent off without any break or instructions from the camel handlers.
Marrakesh Medina is easy to navigate , even though it’s completely crazy, so would have preferred the guide to be with us for a tour of marrakesh , rather than the Medina. It was a short half day tour, and we had to plan a quick drive around marrakesh ourselves, on the way to the airport, otherwise we wouldn’t have seen any of it outside the Medina.

I found the process very easy and my travel agent extremely helpful. The itinerary worked just as planned and we followed it to a T. The major downside is that I did not get a breakdown of costs, which is disappointing in evaluating the costs versus benefit and making future travel plans.

Kimkim was quick to respond every time we contacted them (before and during trip). I loved having 2 main people (Lea & Erica), but if they couldn’t reach back to me immediately…someone else did & they were just as great!
Kimkim made travel to 3 islands in Greece easy! Every transfer was there and having driver’s contact info was so reassuring. Itinerary was detailed beyond belief.
Can’t wait to use them again!

Was a seamless experience - from the initial planning, the local host who kept up with us along the way, the accommodations, activities, meals, transfers and every little required detail. It was all perfect.

The hotels that Luice secured for us were great, they were very clean, the staff was helpful and the breakfasts were delicious. They were located in the center of the city which made for walking & sight seeing easy.
All the vouchers were helpful as to getting there & having a quick entrance. The additional suggestions offered by Luice for sites & resturants to use were very good.
We were very happy for everything KimKim arranged for us.

I have booked several trips through KimKim and now 2 with Andrea for Italy -- all wonderful. I find the experience simple but knowledgeable, with a real willingness to create and customize a trip that is perfect for us.

We have nothing but wonderful things to say about Burcu Kisakurek, Unison Travel, and the connection KimKim facilitated. Burcu was kind, attentive, and thorough from first contact to last, even though we didn't contact her to plan this trip until the last minute. She took great care of us, found us wonderful guides, made all adjustments necessary, and planned a fantastic trip, well beyond what we even knew to ask for. She stayed in close touch with us throughout our trip so that we knew we'd have help if we needed it (though we didn't because she'd done such a good job setting us up). Special shout-out to Cengiz Ozturk, who is a perfect and delightful guide of Istanbul and beyond.

We arrived home safely.
Our review is as follows:
The communication and trip planning was excellent, our trip plan covered everything we wanted to do.
The Roadbook and having the app on our iPhone home screen was incredible. EVERYTHING we needed for our trip was accessible through the app, tickets, locations, ferry connections etc.
We were never left waiting, somebody was always there to meet us or to assist.
Hotel accommodations and locations met and exceeded our expectations. In particular the Leonardo Royal Hotel was an excellent welcome to our trip…it was a great start to our trip. The umbrella rental was a nice touch. The staff was excellent and friendly. I encourage you to use the Leonardo when possible. The other accommodations were also wonderful.
Our smaller coach day trip to St Andrews was beyond expectations, the time we had at the Old Course was magical. Declan our guide/driver was excellent.
Though the bus was larger than expected, which we don’t hold Kim Kim responsible, our Harry Potter Train day was rainy BUT fun as the driver and guide were very attentive and “knew their audience “ as they say and provided for adequate stops.
Memorable connections were made during our stay at Inverness, a delightful city and The Pizzaria restaurant run by real Italians was phenomenal, please encourage others to support this business.
Our private driver/guide day was magical as Graham our last minute substitute driver guide was extremely attentive and genuinely wanted us to have a day to remember…he did not fail. The scenery was stunning.
We encourage others to take the ferry to Belfast and also encourage others to upgrade to the lounge area.
The Political Tour in Belfast was sobering and very educational…we truly believe one needs this tour to truly understand Belfast.
The private driver to the Giants Causeway was also a delight as we made a couple of stops along the way…beautiful costal scenery.
For future customers interested in golf, our dinner at Holywood Golf Course was a dream come true. We were given a tour of Rory McIlroy’s trophy room and allowed to take photos with the trophies in hand…phenomenal. PLEASE TELL FUTURE CUSTOMERS ABOUT THIS RESTAURANT AND EXPERIENCE. The meal was wonderful.
The only glitch was with the Paddywagon folks putting us on a large 50 person bus for a long 10-11 hour day across Ireland to the Cliffs of Moher, stops seemed limited, and it just seemed to be a difficult ride in a large bus with all the switchbacks , somewhat of a nauseous ride. This is the only day I would do over AND Kim Kim adequately compensated us for this faux pas or whatever the problem was…thank you.
Connections to our departure flight were seamless.
Ann and I wish to thank you, Jane and Gabriella, for your communication, attention to detail, and follow through, to make this an unforgettable experience.
We highly recommend yourselves and Kim Kim in general to others for their future travel needs.

We truly enjoyed Iceland as a unique and exciting experience. The country’s natural beauty is a wonderful sight. We did learn that stock photos from a hotel is not necessarily the type of room that was booked for us. We would have preferred to spend more time in Reykjavik, than the amount of windshield time on a couple of the days. That said, Kimkim was very responsive to our texts and emails and is a very easy agency to work with. Thanks to Noga and Nick.

We had an amazing trip to Croatia in August thanks to KimKim and our travel guide Ivan and his wife Sarah. Everything was seamless. They planned things for us we never even thought of doing but were so glad we did. Ivan and Sarah kept up with us the whole trip and were available for every need we had. I would highly recommend KimKim to anyone and look forward to using the service again on my next adventure

Kim Kim was the best platform to use while planning my 2 week vacation in Norway. We worked with Mathia who was extremely knowledgeable, listened to our travel goals and helped us achieve exactly what we wanted. He was an excellent communicator constantly providing us with feedback and direction as to where to stay and what to see. We were 4 adults all with similar yet specific desires, including art , history, nature, museums, hiking, biking and relaxation. Matthia constantly provided insight and helped us finalize a wonderful all encompassing itinerary. There was 24 hour support while in country and I highly recommend Kim KIm for all of your travel planning.

My Daughter, age 60, and I, age 84, had a wonderful trip to Bullo River, Krakatau National Park, Alice Springs and Uluru including the Aboriginal Cultural Center in the Northern Territory of Australia.
However I recommend Not using either Paula Adams, Springboard Vacations or Kimkim for your travel plans.
We began planning our trip in July of '24. I researched travel agents and found that Paula was from the Northern Territory and had good reviews so I assumed incorrectly that she would be a good travel agent. I told her the first time I talked to her that we wanted to include 4 things in our itinerary: Bullo River Cattle Station, the Krakatau Nat park, Alice Springs and Uluaru including the Aboriginal Culture Center.
First she missed including one leg of our flights so I had to pay extra for that; then she ignored our request for Alice Springs. When I found that in the incredibly difficult to read itinerary - which we didn't get until late in the trip -I reminded her. Her comment was "oh, why would anyone want to go there? Its nothing but a tiny town." (population about 30,000). I asked again, so she added it to the itinerary - arriving at 8pm and leaving the next morning at 6 am. When I caught that, I said, wait that's no time. she said, oh there are no flights. I had already found a flight at 6 am so she changed the flight, but again I had to pay more.
Finally, I understand that flights are not always easy to arrange in the NT every day. But when we got to Bullo River we discovered that 2 other guests had flown directly on the same day we flew from Darwin to BR arriving at noon. Paula had routed us both in and out through Kananara, an indeed very small outback town, where we spent an extra 4+ hours each day that we could have been spending at BR.
Overall I found her difficult to deal with and I had to check every detail as I went along. One thing Paula got right was our lodging accommodations - they were very comfortable and safe.
In addition I found the Springboard Vacations itinerary very difficult to follow. It was not in any kind of chronological order. And it looked like as we went along that the descriptions of the places and things included came directly from casual internet descriptions, for instance one element included was a flight over Krakatau Nat Park that said it included the Jimjim waterfalls which were not included.
Highlights:
Our time at Bullo River was fantastic. Our accommodations both housing and food were superb. Our guides were knowledgeable and interesting. The Station Managers could not have been more helpful and informative about all aspects of managing a very large cattle station under trying circumstances. One would have to experience the complexities of the situation to comprehend managing commercial cattle in the midst of dry/wet weather - drought, floods, heat, water management, insects - feral cattle, water buffalo, termites, wallabys everywhere. It was amazing.
In Krakatau NP I the Yellow water cruise was conducted by an amazingly knowledgeable and passionate ecology expert. We saw many different birds, crocodiles, water plant species, and the impact of water buffalo on this fragile environment.
We were warned by everyone we met (who had not been there) that Alice Springs is the most dangerous place in the world. Obviously those people haven't traveled much. It's a town of about 30,000. If you have a car there are many wonderful gorges, waterfalls etc, to visit in the McDonald Range. Since we were on foot, we elected to go to the Desert Gardens where we saw close up Dingos, heard a lecture and saw the rangers working with kites (large hawks) and other large birds, kangaroos, emus and all kinds of other birds. It was a fantastic visit. Everyone we met was more than helpful and kind.
The next day we had a 6 hour coach ride through the changing environment from the tropical Northern Territory to the central of Uluaru area, stopping at local Roadhouses along the way. It was fun and the only place we ran into the famous flies.
That afternoon we experienced a sunset camel ride with Uluaru in the distance. Fun.
The last day we did the sunrise 12 km/ 4.5 hour hike around the base of Uluaru hearing the stories of the First People, Ananru, and stopping to see closeup the intricacies of the Rock. Incredible!
Followed in the afternoon with a 7 hour tour with an Ananru park ranger guide along with our driver over the National Park land owned by the Aborigines. More stories to center us in this incredibly amazing beautiful land.

Kimkim's planning of our Iceland adventure was truly exceptional, exceeding expectations at every turn and demonstrating an unparalleled attention to detail.
Impeccable Organization: Every aspect of our journey was meticulously arranged, from the seamless car rental process right at Keflavík International Airport to the thoughtfully curated hotel bookings throughout the trip. There was not a single hiccup with any reservation — each confirmation matched perfectly, check-ins were smooth, and the accommodations exceeded expectations in comfort and service.
Thoughtful and Comprehensive Itinerary: The itinerary crafted by our advisor, Adam, made it easy to immerse ourselves in all the stunning natural beauty Iceland offers. Each day was carefully balanced: iconic sights like the Blue Lagoon, Seljalandsfoss, Skogafoss, and Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon were complemented by local experiences, hidden gems, and handpicked restaurants. We never felt rushed, yet every day was full of discovery, whether hiking to Svartifoss, admiring black sand beaches in Vík, or exploring the dramatic Snæfellsnes Peninsula.
Flexibility and Local Insights: Adam truly shone in his understanding of Iceland’s unique rhythm. Extra insurance options and practical advice (like checking the wifi device and using the Parka app) showcased a level of care that put us at ease. The itinerary included enough flexibility for spontaneous stops and local flavor, but also made sure we didn’t miss out on must-see experiences like the Zodiac boat tour on the glacier lagoon and whale watching in Olafsvik and exploring caves in Vidgelmir
Seamless Logistics and Personal Touch: From the first moment to the last, Kimkim made us feel supported and informed, resulting in a worry-free experience. Directions were crystal-clear, driving plans and distances were provided for each segment, and suggestions for sightseeing and dining were always spot-on. Even the smallest details, like museum recommendations or convenient parking tips, contributed to a flawless journey.
Overall: Kimkim delivered a superb, immersive, and beautifully choreographed tour of Iceland that allowed us to truly engage with the country’s landscapes, culture, and cuisine. With every detail so thoughtfully covered, all we had to do was enjoy the breathtaking wonders around us — and we will be raving about this trip for years to come.

Our trip to Australia turned out great in spite of several glitches by Kimkim.
First, our agent did not seem to understand that we wanted to visit the Outback. Instead, she insisted on routing us through Sydney so we could see the Opera House. Eventually, with continued insistence and our own research into alternatives, she changed our itinerary.
Second, she forgot to include transportation links. If my traveling partner had not been diligent in tracking details, we would have been stranded.
Third, she included inefficient flight points. We could have saved most of 2 days if we would have flown directly from Darwin to the cattle station instead of stopping in Kununurra. However, we had a couple of delightful conversations with people in Kununurra so it all worked out.
She did not notify us that we needed to apply for a visa until a week before our trip. Our visa came quickly, but we met other travelers who had to delay their trip while waiting for their visa so this could have been a wreck.
Using the kimkim system to communicate was awkward and limiting.
We thoroughly enjoyed the cattle station, Kakadu and Uluru. I especially recommend the cultural tour with an aboriginal guide at Uluru. The flight over Kakadu promised a view of 2 falls, but we flew over a uranium mine instead. The boat tour near Kakadu was amazing.
People who choose to use Kimkim need to be vigilant and diligent.
