Booking a trip through an online service you have never heard of is always a bit daunting. Even after multiple revisions and planning, there's always that nagging feeling when the credit card payment pops up. and yet - my experience with Kim Kim exceeded expectations. Christina, the local coordinator we worked with, was very knowledgeable and very responsive, and turned a difficult logistical set tf problems into a well thought out itinerary that left my wife and I enough room to explore on our own as we like. We feel we hit the highlights. Stayed in some fantastic places we simply never would have found. met interesting people. And KimKim dealt with all the difficult logistics. When I wanted to stay at a particular hotel, I grabbed the room myself, and KimKim just worked around that date - making recommendations for activities in the area. It was easy, quick, and very professional. I would not hesitate to use them again - nor recommend them to anyone.

We had a great trip to Croatia with lots of planning and arranging between my sister and Robert Pincevic. There were lots of suggestions and highlights presented to us, Robert was responsive, professional and communicated often before and during our journey. We enjoyed the private vehicle to our own family the most. All drivers were extremely timely, courteous and safe. It would have been even more effective to have a tour guide/ driver. Of the 3 we had, Goran was most knowledgeable of wine and its process. Our first transport from Budapest to Zagreb was with a kindly gentleman, he took good care of our bathroom breaks. Borna was our second driver in most of our journey, he was always on time and drove skillfully. He was patient, quiet, and did not give much information or introduction to each city that we visited.
Some travelers look for more data/history in their visit, some might be quite content with being dropped off from place to place and have free time to roam. We were a small mixed group. I was happy to just peruse freely. I strongly recommend KimKim with the planning process, especially in a foreign country. We were quite happy with Kim Kim’s choice of lodgings except for one hotel in Stradin. It was the only one that had no water pots nor coffee maker nor cups provided for our room. especially in a completely foreign country where language can be a challenge.

I had an excellent experience working with Tetiana, a travel agent with Kim Kim Travel Agency, for my Europe trip. She went above and beyond with all of the bookings and recommendations for activities, making the entire journey smooth and stress-free. Every hotel she arranged was in the heart of the city, close to major attractions and within easy walking distance of the metro—perfect for exploring.

Tetiana was incredibly helpful and always quick to respond if I had any questions or needed assistance, even with something as simple as finding the meeting spot for a small group tour. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and personal touch made my trip unforgettable.

I was looking for a memorable and economical Italy trip for our family of five (kids aged 16, 13, and 11) — all planned on a relatively short timeline during high season. Martina and Lorenzo from Authenticus Italy took all of that into thoughtful consideration and created a seamless, personalized itinerary that exceeded our expectations.

Every detail was well arranged — from smooth airport and hotel transfers to beautiful accommodations and great tours. Our hotel in Maiori was a standout — peaceful, scenic, and the perfect place to finish our trip.

The InRome cooking class was the highlight for our family — an air-conditioned kitchen on a scorching day in Rome, hands-on cooking, and a delicious shared meal. It created lasting family memories and is an experience I’ll seek out again in future travels.

The Pompeii and Vatican tours were excellent, while the Colosseum tour was our least favourite due to the large group size. Still, the overall experience was unforgettable. Having the logistics fully handled made it easy to relax and enjoy.

We had the best vacation ever to Greece in the Summer of 2025. The entire experience from exploring to booking with Irene to the Travel 12 after booking and during trip personalized and prompt service with Dimitri, Cleo and team was just extraordinary. Irene’s choices of tours and tour guide especially in Delphi and Mycenae were amazing. She gave us great suggestions throughout having personally experienced it all and every moment was fantastic. I highly recommend her and the Travel 12 team for a luxurious, friendly, fulfilling and truly professional experience. We had evaluated several different travel services and very carefully picked Irene. We will definitely we using KimKim again thanks to one of our best vacations ever. We travel every year to different countries and these 2 weeks in Greece were one of our best ever! Thank you.

We had a wonderful vacation! Our daughter commented several times that this was her favorite trip. All of the accommodations that were reserved for us were great and in ideal locations where we were able to easily walk to everything we wanted to see and do. All of our transportation connections between our different stops were seamless and the instructions and maps provided made it easy to make those connections. Katie’s communication and assistance along the way was awesome and very helpful. We would definitely recommend Katie to others as a travel specialist to use when planning trips. It was our first time using Kim Kim to plan a trip to Norway and it was a delightful travel planning experience. Krista and the staff were local, well informed, and did a nice job of designing our trip to meet our interests and needs. Hotels, tickets, connections, were all flawless. When we had a crisis one day, their staff were very responsive and solved our problems via text and phone.

Erica planned a great trip for our family. With two teenagers, it was the perfect balance of relaxation and fun activities. We especially loved the hotel selected for us in Sifnos.

The KimKim team and Jimena were wonderful! She listened to and understood what was most important to us, and she planned a great trip that met our wishes and preferences. When we needed to make a big, last minute adjustment, she handled it professionally and promptly, making it very easy for us to replan. Jimena was also very responsive throughout the process, answering my many questions. Once we arrived, everything went smoothly and according to plan! I also appreciated having Jimena and Jesus available to answer questions as they came up during the trip.

My experience was very good. I greatly appreciated the overall planning, the range of activities, and their availability to troubleshoot some issues in real time during our trip. It is obviously more expensive than scheduling these things on my own. I'm still debating a bit about how I would monetize that value, but I would certainly give it a thumbs up!

Working with Eleanor was fantastic. Responsive and very flexible. I had to change my travel plans in the middle of the trip and she was able to cancel previous plans and rebook new plans and accommodations quickly. I would recommend Eleanor without any reservations. If I travel to Japan in the future I would use her again. Thank you!

It’s our second experience and we had many moving parts for a multi generational trip. Kim Kim worked with us for a year and the last minute changes and helped make our trip one to remember.
