Appalling customer service

Purchased a Havana compact cot from a website that sells your items and a Barrel Nut was missing. Called your customer service who explained I would need to put it all in an email which I did. Got a reply asking for proof of purchase which I provided and was told as they didn’t sell me the item they can’t provide a replacement (barrel nut) and I would have to go back to site where I purchased cot from. Did this to be told they just stock items and sell on behave of Kinder Valley and they keep no spares. Went back to your customer service who promised they would be in contact and what a surprise haven’t heard anything. My Cot is now not put together as missing a part needed and I’m being pushed pillow to post ….appalling

If I could give it zero stars that…

If I could give it zero stars that would be too many .. absolute joke I've been trying to cancel an item for over a week as the item is no longer needed as its taken them so long to deliver it. The parcel was lost within the system and now I have to wait for it to be found to try to be delivered to refuse it where the company they send with will hold it for 20 days before they even try to refund the item so after being told on several occasions that it was cancelled it hasn't been they will tell you what you want to hear and in actuality it's a load of bs to try and keep you happy .. if you want a decent service avoid this company like the plauge

Bad.

Worst experience I have had with an online retailer.
Ordered a beautiful pink Moses basket and stand from them on the 10th December. Received no tracking information and had to ask for this myself and chase twice. Order did arrive but was delayed. When opening the basket A part of the stand I had received was faulty and has a split in the wood so would be dangerous. Emailed them back with pictures to ask for a new stand and they said they would send a new part out and asked me which part it was. I explained which part of the stand it was and a few days later Again I had to ask for tracking information for this as nothing was sent to me. The part finally arrived and not only was this the WRONG part to the one I asked for it too was damaged with a chunk of wood missing from it. Emailed again and sent pictures. This is now the 29th December. Considering my first order was placed on the 10th.. I emailed again saying that I am now due to give birth soon and still have no item I can use and asked if I could be refunded the price of the stand and not the basket for just £23 as a gesture of good will and an apology for all the inconvenience but it was declined. It is now the 5th January - due to give birth any day now and I still have no basket or stand for my baby. Have had to borrow one I don’t like until this is sorted. Am completely stressed out and overall so disappointed in the service. Have had to warn the other mums to be I know who were also going to purchase from this company not to. If the part does not arrive by today then I will need to return the whole item for a complete refund and start the whole process again With another company which is not what I need when I’m about to go into labour.

Please save yourself the stress and go somewhere else for your baby’s items.

We are so sorry that you firstly did not receive the tracking information and that it arrived slightly delayed and damaged. This is not the service we aim to give our customers.

With faulty goods, our customer service department does offer to pick these as we do like to inspect the item. How ever, we do understand that this is a stressful time and do apologise again.

We are glad however that we were able to pick up the faulty part and send you the correct stand which was checked over by our quality control before sending it out for delivery.

We hope you give Kinder Valley another chance in the future.

Placed my order over two weeks ago

Placed my order over two weeks ago, still haven't received it nor an estimate as to when my order will be dispatched or delivered. This is ridiculous. I have emailed querying about my order and have not received a response!

I received my 7 piece bed and bed set…

I received my 7 piece bed and bed set today. It was delivered in just over a week so I see this as a good delivery time. The bed was easy to put together and seems sturdy enough, my 3 year old will certainly test it out. All in all it’s good value for money.

Extremely unhappy

Extremely unhappy.

I ordered the bed and waited over 10 days for it to arrive. I had to email to get the tracking reference number. The bed turned up and the holes were drilled wrong on the base of the bed.

I sent an email, and they sent out a new base but didn't give me any tracking reference. The item with just left outside my house.

The new bed base is the wrong one, it's for a cot bed not a toddler bed. It has black marks and scratches all over the white paint.

My little girl has been waiting over 3 weeks for her bed. I am on the verge of sending the whole bed back.

I will never order anything from Kinder Valley again.
